After a date night not wanting to return home to kids this was a perfect escape for me and Mr.Pak it was clean spacious and a perfect place to unwind after a few drinks! Reservations were easy booked the room earlier but didn’t make it to a after midnight communicated so reservation won’t be no show came in got keys and enjoyed my stay and a quick breakfast on the way out

Coming in late and expecting to leave later the manager was very accommodating he ensured my stay was well the staff assisted me when I got locked out! my room was clean fresh linen was brought to me my second night there was breakfast and fresh coffee ready the following morning nice and quiet to work from home me and my boyfriend Roy enjoyed our stay after date night

Check in gal Jasmine was very helpful as the assigned room wasn't ready for habitation and the reassigned room door wouldn't open for us because it was swollen shut. Not surprised then to learn bedding and room smelled musty and felt damp. Late and dead tired or we'd have gone on.

Breakfast was limited. It's just obvious this property needs love.
-
It was under construction with no pool and rough parking and entry.

Nice place to stay

The pool looked nasty and it was out of service, that was the whole reason I booked that hotel so my kid can get in the pool. It was not swept under the double beds. Wasn't soundproof rooms meaning I can hear every step of the person above me and hear everyone in the hallways, there needs to be a curfew for the hallways for quietness at night. The smell of weed took the whole hallway plus the room I was in which was not great bc I have children who doesn't need to smell that!

The dark shade would not drop. Light blared into the window all night long, the room smelled/ stunk, and the other room had some sort of green goo oozing out from under the bed. Everything

It was messy and the covers were stained. It was stuff on the bathroom in the room floor, so it was disgusting. If I could give it a star I would but one is the lowest.
-
The staff was so sweet and room was clean!
-
When I booked it one of the amenities offered was a pool but the pool wasn't usable and hasn't been for quite a while

Conveniently located off the hwy The property was advertised as non smoking. Upon exiting the elevator on the 2 floor all I could smell was cigarette smoke. It only got worse when we got into our room. It was disgusting.
-
It was clean, in a good location. Not the properties fault but there was construction on the main road.
-
Staff was nice. Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable. Swimming pool was out of order. Overall not the best, but decent for price.
-
This is one of the best hotels i stayed at and it’s completely affordable. The staff were awesome and house keeping was amazing. The manager was very nice and for the hotel to be new you would think they were doing this for years. 5 stars highly recommended

The door handle was missing off the bathroom. The floor was nasty, my feet were black after taking a shower. It was very damp in the room and now my granddaughter and I have a bad cough. The pool was so nasty and black so you couldn't use it. Will not stay here again.

Confused why at breakfast after one cup of coffee each, we were told there were no more coffee cups. Also no Wi-Fi during visit but not hotel’s fault.
