Rodeway Inn High Point - Archdale

The staff was good the fridge wasn’t clean had something red spilled in the freezer had to ask to have it cleaned they cleaned it right away after being asked. The TV cuts in and out all night like it buffering the pool was empty no water in it the hot tubs are only if you pay for a room that your bathtub comes with jets on it didn't know that till we got there and they didn’t have anymore available over all it wasn’t horrible but just wasn’t what was advertised

Centrally located The bathroom was disgusting

When I arrived, the police were there with blue lights blazing. The motel was in disrepair, not clean, and the Days Inn sign was still on the facility. There was a tiny temporary banner on the facility that said Rodeway. The building reeked of chemical odors, cleaners that were used to mask unpleasant odors and cigarette smoke. The reviews online were totally dishonest—a rating of 7 on a 1-10 scale with lots of praise for how wonderful it was. I paid extra to be able to cancel so that if I arrived and the facility was not good, I could go elsewhere, it the fine print said I had until 4 pm the date of my stay to cancel or i had to pay full price and forfeit that room and any refund. Parking lot was tiny, crowded and filled with vehicles that made it obvious this was not a desirable place to stay. Days Inn has never been a pleasant experience when I travel. I avoid them.

Nothing The dirtiness of the halls and carpets. No food for breakfast. Elevators broken, I'm handicaped.

The older air conditioner unit in my first room so so noisy that I could not sleep ( it was quite loud), I had arrived late and unpacked, well after midnight, and was given another room when I notified the desk the next morning: however, I should have been reimbursed for the miserable night but this was refused.

This place was mediocre

The price was the best I could find during the furniture market. The new owners(Rodeway bought Days Inn) are trying to clean it up. The grounds need a lot of work. The room was adequate for my needs. It is safe. It appears there may be people living there permanently.

Location, thy upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge because I needed a ground floor room. I never even asked for anything. Smelled of smoke, people walking around the hotel where very sketchy.

Clean room staff was awesome.

The sheets were still dirty and it was obvious nefarious deeds go on here. At least the AC worked.

It wasn’t loud or anyone disturbing even whenever they had more guests on the weekend The cats roaming around out front

The dead couples had cigarette Burns.

Room was nice but asked for bathmat second day and never got it even though I gave old one to house keeper Elevator broke, had a service dog and was put on third floor and told nothing else available for queen bed or I would need to pay extra $30 for bottom floor to get 2 double or king. Hallways for steps had no AC my health problems 3 flights steps to much

I liked thts it’s located near shopping centers & food. The property is dirty as crap! The pool is broke, the rooms all stink have burn marks in the sheets, bugs everywhere, it’s like it’s a hotel where the crackheads live!

Everything was clean They charged me $184 which was a security deposit and cost of the stay but have not returned my deposit yet
