For the price its a great value. It was clean and walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. The bathroom and room is small and no smart tv but if you're in Moab you should not be spending much time in your room. It meets the basic needs at a very reasonable price.

It had a pool and hot tub and that was good for the kids. Close to main st. Moab and walking distance to all the shops.

Really good location and cute room

This is a large hotel featuring a spacious parking lot and a swimming pool that is significantly larger than those found at typical hotels. It is situated in a safe location that offers a quiet retreat amidst the bustle. The rooms have been recently renovated and include smart curtains as well as charging ports of various types. Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator and a microwave, while the lobby thoughtfully provides a large refrigerator for the convenience of families traveling together. Hot water and coffee are available around the clock. The owners are a stylish couple with extensive industry experience; the wife is highly capable and friendly—she personally showed me to the refreshment area and patiently explained how to use the facilities. Since my English isn't very strong, she filled out the necessary paperwork for me, so all I had to do was sign. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; in fact, it was the quietest night's sleep I’ve had during my two-plus months of road-tripping. I wish them a thriving business and good health.

Bathroom Plumbing needs some water pressure adjustments because water pressure was to strong.

We were driving through Moab on our way uptown Washington. We only had a day and 1/2 (two nights). The lodging met our needs perfectly. The room was small, but we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room. It was clean and location was convenient. No breakfast, but offered coffee and the Jailhouse Cafe was a block away within walking distance.

I have stayed here 5-6 times. It is close to downtown, and the staff has always been very nice.

Older but very well kept property in the center of town. Highly recommend!

The only thing we didn’t like was having to ask for towels. After playing in the desert, we were exceedingly dirty. Clean towels daily would have been nice.

It was all very good except pool had a few leaves that were difficult to clean because of horrendous wind.

Rooms are clean and updated nicely. This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed ourselves. Pool and hot tub were nice after a long hot day of hiking

Little disappointed to find the room ice bucket with Cheetos crumbs still in it...but the check-in was great, slept well and check-out was easy.

Courteous staff and neat location

Had a great stay. Everything you need. Updated rooms. Great pool that’s shaded in the afternoons. Excellent location to get to restaurants and shops quickly. Will stay again.
