Enjoyed the stay at lot. Very helpful staff, good, plentiful breakfast. Clean rooms and kitchenett.. Somewhat clunky bedroom air-conditioner.

Laundry was more than any hotel we stayed at on this trip - $3.00 each for wash or dry. One dry cycle did do the job and maintenance came quickly to resolve an issue with one of the machines. The reason for less than 5 stars is that there is only 1 elevator and it was 3 corners and 35 rooms away from ours! There was a staircase at the end of the hall, but no access from outside so only useful for going out. Having done so much walking in Arches NP, I really didn't need the extra steps.

The check-in staff (Denise) was wonderful. The location was great, and the room well laid out. Parking was free, and easy. Our major issue was the air conditioning, which seemed to only run on high, or nothing at all, regardless of any adjustments we tried to make. Breakfast was mediocre but the staff person taking care of it all was wonderful.

Liked that it was downtown Our room was facing the street and the traffic noise was REALLY loud..also bathroom had issues..mold or dirt in shower floor corners and bathroom ceiling was cracking and needed repair

The location was great and everyone was really friendly. They even had chia overnight oatmeal that was good and not something I would usually eat. Would highly recommend.

Good location and reasonable and clean room. Good parking. Price was way too high for such a room. They conduct business meetings for companies in the breakfast room. We could not get a table as employees of a company were using the entire room.

The rooms are clean and very nice. The staff is great. Breakfast is very good. Easy parking. The only problem and reason I give only 3 stars is the noise. Our room was right on Main St and the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. I would request a room on the opposite side of the hotel than on the street side.

Excellent hotel. In the heart of Moab city, this hotel is within walking distance of most of the shopping and dinning. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was a nice treat at the end of the day, but should stay open later.

All was good, friendly staff and very helpful. Did not like the open concept for the bathroom. Wakes everyone up when in use.
