Expedition Lodge Moab Arches National Park

Aside from the very hot weather it was great to be in Moab.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though our feet did get black from the floor in one room we stayed in. Our kids especially liked the pool and the slide and the breakfast was good. Easy stop on our way through Moab!

Excellent stay

The amenities were nice (pool, arcade) but the arcade needed some repair. Rooms were nice for the 3 queen options.

This hotel was perfect for our family of five. My kids loved the pool and the vibe was perfect for an adventure getaway.

This was epic for the kids! Breakfast was huge and delicious. The pool and hot tub were perfect for recovering from hiking. We'll be back!

The bunks beds were fun, perfect location for both Arches and Canyonlands. Great Pool! NA

For a lower cost hotel it was great for the night. If you have kids this hotel has a pool with a slide and small game room to keep the kids occupied. The TV is a little out dated, but worked for us. The breakfast was good and the decor was cute retro themed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved this hotel! 3 queen beds in one room is hard to find! Our kids loved the pool/waterslide and game room. We loved the easy walk to great places to eat. The breakfast was good too. This hotel is older - nothing fancy - but a lot of character!

The motel was right in the heart of downtown Moab which allowed us to walk wherever we wanted to go. It was very close to the food trucks and anything else we chose to do. The kiddos loved the pool with the twisty slide. We really enjoyed our stay! While comfortable and clean, it was obvious the room was a remodeled motel from the past. If you are looking for a posh, newly built structure, this is not for you.

Quick and friendly check in. Rooms are very spacious with a decent sized fridge, that was very helpful. Love that this property is pet friendly with no extra fees. The location is excellent in relation to downtown restaurants and an easy drive to Arches National Park. Our room was quite clean, except the floor was absolutely filthy and in need of a good wet mop. My feet were black after removing my shoes not long after arrival.

Everything you need for a good time in moab

Well located and the room was spacious. Love that they don’t charge extra for doggies and the floors aren’t carpeted. Breakfast was good too. They didn’t tell us the shower was reversed (hot is cold and cold is hot) so we thought the hot water didn’t work (it came out cold). When I let one of the staff know (as we checked out), they apologized for not telling us. However, maybe having a sign in the bathroom could be helpful. We only stayed one night during the summer so not such a big hassle, but definitely important to let guests know. Also, if you have a dietary restriction, the breakfast has limited option.

I loved the funky retro and the situation in the middle of town . Staff were helpful Noisiest air conditioner I have ever experienced .

Breakfast was good. However it didn’t start till 8 o’clock so if you wanted to leave early to beat the heat and hike you were out of luck.
