Was on a 17 hour drive from Wisconsin to South Carolina to move my daughter to school - my kids were a few hours ahead of us and I was worried as they are 18/19 and min check-in is 21 - called ahead and spike with Becky who made sure they were able to get settled in the room and by the time I arrived she had a key ready for me and I was able to sneak in without waking them up - thank you for looking out for the tired kiddos!

Clean room

Clean room, clean lobby and pool. The breakfast was great.

Very great accommodations for the value. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful amenities and close to everything you need.

Home2Suites is now my go to hotel.

This hotel was very clean. It even smelled clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was large. Plenty big enough for 4. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The breakfast was good as well. The only thing that I think could be improved on is the indoor pool was not heated. It was very cold.

BREAKFAST DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 7 AM WHICH WAS TOO LATE FOR US TO USE THE SERVICE.

The room was spotless as was everywhere else in the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good but needs better labeling for gluten or dairy sensitive guests - more gluten-free options regarding toast.

Everything regarding the room was excellent. On the day we arrived, the young man who checked us in wasn't particularly friendly, though the women on duty the other days seemed attentive. The breakfast could be better considering the price and the Hilton brand; on Sunday, there didn't seem to be anyone attending to things like restocking items or emptying the trash, whereas on Friday, a lady was very attentive. There is no variety—expect the same thing every day. I didn't use the pool, but everything looked very clean. Overall, the hotel is very good; I would improve the breakfast and ensure cold water stations are available at all times—supposedly there is a station in the gym, but the water isn't cold.

Clean room, great staff, very close to Airport.

Storage and cleanliness. At no point did I get the feeling that something was unclean. There was so much room that we were even able to store our large suitcases and totes away! It really felt like home. The staff were all kind, and it was quiet.

Several decent restaurants located within walking distance . Nice patio area. Everything was clean. Breakfast was better than most restaurants. Glass cups for coffee❤️

The room was clean. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Location was perfect with access to food and stores all around. Staff were so kind. Our room was exactly as described. Breakfast was free and good! N/A
