Clarion Inn Asheville Airport

Kelli at the front desk was super friendly and helpful

The food was not that great. Kind of disappointed. Bathroom water not working in main hall way either.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Hotel is a little dated but over all very acceptable for the price.

Basic, but clean.

Pleasant stay and staff are welcoming

Clean, convenient.

The room was clean but very dark (no matter how many lights I turned on). The blow dryer worked but the plastic front kept coming off. I was a bit concerned with getting shocked, and there was only one elevator at the far end of the hotel... not even near the lobby. It was very strange

Pleasantly surprised. We are IHG members and usually stay at those accommodations. However, None of their products were convenient so we chose this hotel. Wow, it is convenient to interstate, airport, food and shopping. Our big surprise was how clean and appointed our room was. Breakfast bar better than most motel/hotel bars and will definitely book here again if our needs dictate it.

Clean room

Good Staff.

Air conditioner leaked and you could tell someone rushed to clean room hair in tub bottle tops on floor

Excellent

Have stayed here multiple times. Rooms are fairly spacious. Being an older hotel some things could user some updating but overall the place is nice. It may not be the palace some want but for the average traveler who wants a clean room with reasonable amenities, a good hot breakfast and a central location this one is hard to beat.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was great! Mold and infiltration in the bathroom ceiling. Looked grungy, not very bright. Room smelled weird like the AC was off for a long time. Coffee machine was in the bathroom.

I didn't stay here becausea family emergency, I canceled my reservation and requested a refund at the front desk and they agreed to give me the refund and at the end they declined to give me the refund.

The lights in the bathroom were to dim

The location was great. My room had no air conditioning, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and great breakfast.

Not a terrible place to stay. My frustration is with the air conditioning in the room. Our party had 3 different rooms and we all had the same complaint. Room was too hot and AC wouldn't cool it. Our room was about 74ish all night.

Close to AVL, Hotel world with us on our arrival being in the night. Good breakfast included with stay. Very heavy mildew smell. Elevator not convenient.
