Clarion Inn Asheville Airport

The room was not cleam. It was smelling not so good! I Had a problem with my Check Out. I left the property one day earlier, and I followed all the procedures to be refunded but the manager didn’t allow the refund!

The staff was very helpful, food was wonderful. All round nothing to complain about just praise. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and airport as well which I enjoyed.

The rooms are cleaned up every day. The breakfast is incredible, so well stocked with good food. The staff keeps everything clean and stocked up.

I reserved a handicap accessible room and was charged more for a king bed! I got a room that had 2 beds and wasn’t at all handicap accessible! I wasn’t even able to use the bathroom or shower and that’s not cool!!

We really liked the indoor and outdoor pools. It was clean and well taken care of. Large buffet breakfast in the AM!

Amazing stay! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of towels in room and by pools. The two pools (indoor and outdoor) were fantastic, and hotel layout on two floors made everything convenient. Great breakfast options with long hours (6-10) even for someone gluten-free.

Everything was clean and suited our needs, the only thing I didn’t like is the fact that there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and everything gets fogged up when you shower

Best night of sleep in a long time! Would like to know what mattresses they have. Very good breakfast buffet. Really nice staff! Would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and things you needed were there. Breakfast was a plus for my trip.

Very clean, large room. No lingering moisture or smoke smell! Yay! One of the nicest outside pools I’ve seen at a hotel this size. The free breakfast was actually edible and plentiful. Staff was very kind.

Room was quite dark. Breakfast had hot options (eggs, waffles, bacon, biscuits, gravy, hashbrowns), cereal, yogurt cups, and the worst not celiac safe coffee…served on flimsy plastic plates and black e-waste plastic utensils. Hard pass. Indoor pool is very small. Parking lot gets standing water in places. The room was connected to another via a side door of a complete stranger and the room was occupied! Not great for a solo female traveler and why the hotel thought this was okay is beyond me. Really poor judgment IMO. Treated to loud yelling guests at their partner in one instance, their child in another in hallway and adjacent rooms either early in am or late at night. Room did not smell fresh but of a heavy masking perfume - not a scent sensitive hotel. Hotel location is good but it would NOT be a choice I’d make again.

When we checked in we were told the hotel doesn’t allow locals (within a 60 mile radius). They knew my address when I booked so why wasn’t I told then. I said we had to get a shuttle at 4:30am so she said then it’s ok. Our room was very far from the front entrance and we were unable to use the phone and couldn’t connect to the wifi. I had to call on my cell to get the front desk and was told we were too far from the modem. We were moved to another room closer to the front desk. The room had a very musty smell and definitely needed updating. Not happy with my stay and will find a different hotel to stay when I have an early flight out of the Asheville airport.

The room was clean and smelled good, they had fluffy pillows and lots of them. The check in was quick and easy and they had cookies and coffee at check in. Breakfast was great with a variety of offerings! They had an indoor and outdoor pool but we stayed in the room and watched TV.
