Holiday Inn & Suites Arden - Asheville Airport by IHG

Location The carpet in the room is dirty The sink in the bathroom was clogged The staff at the breakfast buffet told me I had to wait as there were too many people!! Seriously? There were plenty of open seats and tables. I went to Starbucks down the street instead Poor service. Front desk workers need to put a smile on their faces OR at least pretend!!!!

Close to the airport. Has an airport shuttle. Well-maintained hotel. Very nice staff.

Front desk staff were not friendly and the room noise was bad due to being beside the elevator shaft.

Super super clean, ladies at the desk were nice. Overall great experience. Breakfast was great and rooms were super clean and good condition. Would stay again no doubt

The a/c in the room didn't work properly and flooded the carpet by the second bed. Staff were nice when engaged but not eager to help and exceptionally slow.

The room I booked was not ready on time and I had to be assigned another room. The bathroom was dirty and I asked the front desk to clean it again. This will be my last time booking this hotel.

Hotel is close to airport and available when our flight was canceled. Transportation to airport was a plus.

Almost no one eats in the restaurant for Breakfast or dinner. The bar serves wine and beer but nothing else. There are plenty of other food/drink options nearby so why would people eat/drink there? I come away unimpressed.
