We had a wonderful stay at Holiday inn- Arden Hotel! The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Booked on Expedia, a room for 4. There was a $20 charge for an extra guest. The hotel said it was Expedia and vice versa. Expedia returned the money as rewards cash. Holiday Inn dud nothing. Got to our room. There door was open with a maintenance cart outside. No one in the room. My son needed to use the restroom after a 4 hour drive. Went in the bathroom and the toilet was in the bathtub. Went back to front desk. I don't know how they weren't aware the room was unusable. Were given a different room. No comps given. I asked for breakfast as s comp for our room. No response. Wanted $14.94 pp for a hotel breakfast. No thanks. Spent less at the Starbucks next door. Plenty of other hotels in this area. Will not go back here.

I am a Hilton honor member this hotel(IPH) is not. Breakfast is $14.95, which is not included with your stay. One of the main reason I enjoy staying at on of the Hilton Honor hotel is the delicious breakfast buffet. My room wasn't ready I waited 30 min pass the 4pm check-in.

Location was close to where we were going The staff they were rude especially the lady doing the breakfast on Sunday morning. We were told we needed to leave because she needed the tables, but nobody was waiting. Part of her party had gotten there early part of them were a little later so they were there like an hour and 20 minutes and two different times we were asked to leave while some of our people were still eating breakfast.

I booked it for the airport shuttle, but it does not start until 6:00 am and I needed to be there by 5

Everything was great. The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff was very helpful & friendly. Our only complaint was that the breakfast wasn't worth the money. We would defiantly stay again!

IT WAS VERY GOOD When I made the reservation, your ad said there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel free of charge. When we arrived, I called the hotel and was told that the shuttle was noy operating at that time. Other persons going to another, nearby hotel, had the shuttle service. I ended paying around $30 on Uber.

Place was clean and staff were nice. Breakfast was not good and hot tub was soapy.

Everything was OK. Not great, not real good, but OK. Food service - I would give a 3.

Breakfast was cold and hard, you would expect better for14.99

Love staying when I’m in the area. The rooms are great. The employees are great.
