Quality Inn Asheville Airport

Floor in the room was in bad shape and air conditioner did not work. I had to pay an additional incidental fee when honestly they should've paid me to stay there.

I paid in advance on-line for a room with king size bed and instead was given one with only a queen size bed. After discovering this when all the luggage was in the room, I complained and was finally given another room on 2nd floor with king size bed as originally ordered. However, there's no elevator and steps are outside. Had to drag multiple pieces of luggage up the stairs. Many cosmetic issues with both rooms (i.e., chips, paint, etc.). Had to get up early for flight, little breakfast refrigerator in lobby locked. It had glass front, so could see breakfast food. We were initially told by front desk person that it was too early to unlock it. After several of us were sitting in lobby waiting and looking at locked, refrigerated breakfast food, the front desk person finally unlocked it. Although the food was meager, we were thankful for her generosity! We were glad to leave this hotel!

Clean rooms nice staff no complaints

Bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Breakfast choices are limited. Another guest accidentally came into the room with their key card.

The interior of the rooms are very nice and clean. The exterior needs major renovation.

Smelled terrible and there was a dirty washcloth and dirty pair of underwear that we found and who knows how long it had been there

Unfortunately, the pool and pool area were closed.

We left too early for breakfast, so NA. Proximity to airport good. Beds good. Towels adequate. Water from toilet floor seal leaking to make bathroom floor wet. Pool supposedly not available due to chemical mix? I would like to have gone in.

Facility was clean and tidy. Was not aware of pool being closed before arrival. Found out they are waiting on inspection.

It was totally fine for what you pay for it.

The plug points were not working so the lamp is not turned on
