When we first arrived our key did not work, but the front desk person fixed it. room was very clean, when we were leaving the lady or the manager was rude

Clean and convenient

This place looked deserted when I arrived, but found the interior at least looking like a business. The rooms are in a separate building from the office with the ice machine a walk away. Property has not been retained for a long time it appears. Curtains, torn door shows light all around it. The room was clean, but that’s about the best I can say. Ron, the desk clerk was extremely helpful, but had to search to get a working hairdryer.

First, I have to say that I was disappointed from the start. The Hotels.com page for this inn stated that this hotel serves breakfast. I have a screenshot to prove it. We often choose hotels based, in part, on whether they serve breakfast, so that we don’t have to pay an additional amount of money elsewhere for breakfast. When I checked in, the desk clerk told me they don’t serve breakfast. I told him what Hotels.com showed, and he said it was a “marketing ploy.” So, whose? If it’s the hotel’s, they need to stop it. If it’s a Hotels.com error, it needs to be fixed ASAP. We obviously had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. There was no in-room coffee either, and the coffee cups at the front desk were about 3-ounce cups. So, very disappointed. Other that, the bed was wonderful and the room was clean and quiet. It needed some updating—there were no hangers and no towel bar, but the room itself was fine and it was a quiet stay with a very comfortable bed.

That we was on to top floor and there wasn't much people and that we beds was good and that there was a TV. I didn't like that I ending up not needed that second room. It's really hard to get my money back and I still haven't got my money back. Because it's really difficult! Also that the shower had hair in it and there wasn't enough towels and that there was actually breakfast there bit it was advertised that there was.

Main lobby has dark/ un-inviting areas which dosnt make a good impression, but the room was good! I always use a uv light to check the sheets when I stay at any hotel and this place passed my inspection. Id stay here again if I can get a good deal.

We booked a two day stay but didn't stay past getting some desperation sleep after arriving at 3 AM. Nowhere else was open, and we'd been driving for over 11 hours. I'm not sure if it was allergies or an actual cold, but I left with all the signs of a sinus infection. Do not book!!!

Booked the reservation, received the confirmation, and upon arrival discovered that a Super 8 was closed and no longer there. There was no notification or update that the hotel was closed. I had to scramble to find a new hotel. Very bad business! See above.

Nothing Old, outdated. Wore out hotel just an overall unclean nasty vibe. Housekeepers banging on doors daily whether you wanted them or not.

The value was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was sad but I can't complain since the price was good. I used the savings to get a better breakfast.

Not much. The towels are so rough they will take the skin off of you. The bed is uncomfortable. The sheets are uncomfortable. And when I got up this morning to get ready, I opened the door and there was a staff member waiting outside my door asking if I was ready to check out and it was only 10 o’clock am. Very unprofessional.

Front office was very friendly cuz I was kind of late in the evening I didn't like that. I was by myself and the curtains to not cover the whole window. There was cracks and crevices so I just felt not as secure and protected as I would like to be traveling by myself
