Not a professional way to not refund despite flight cancellation

Comfortable and convenient.

Check in with smooth and quick and the girl at the front desk couldn't have been more delightful! Local pub Mudpuppies was right around the corner and also a Ruby Tuesday, both within walking distance.

Clean room and close to the airport A lamp was missing a shade, the bathroom baseboard was messed up and held on with tape, and a few other details needed addressing.

Not a bad location, the place was clean. Other than that, the bed was hard, pillows were clumpy, air conditioning unit was so loud, I couldn’t sleep without pillows covering my ears. Breakfast was very basic. Do not recommend, sorry.

Room was disgusting, open the closet door and it’s an old water bottle filled with pee from who knows how long ago. Sheets smelled dirty, bathroom was clean despite the walls near the bathtub falling apart. Staff was zero help and they will profile you. After telling them about the bottle of pee you would think it would be immediately removed and offer us to switch rooms. None of that happened it stayed in the room until we checked out. During the free breakfast the man working in the kitchen will profile you uncomfortably/obnoxiously stare at what you are getting. Eventually once we had no choice but to stay another night we finally got switched to another room… it was no pee bottle this time but the room was just as dirty with the walls falling apart.

The sheets on the bed were super soft! The bathroom was well equipped with an adjustable shower head for massage. The breakfast was excellent & kept well stocked & clean.
