Nothing the rooms was nasty checked out as quick as i checked in The beds were dirty, the mattress had blood stains and dead maggots

Better breakfast than most hotels. Bottled water would be a nice addition

We have stayed here multiple times before flying out of Asheville and it has gone down hill. The hairdryer didn’t work and was nasty. The plug in the bathroom also didn’t work. There were several broken items in the shower and a broken piece of tile. It worked for what we needed (quick shower and sleep a couple hours) but I am not sure we will stay there again. I had recommended it to another couple staying with us and I truly felt bad about it.

Very comfortable bed and pillows were welcomed after a long day of driving. Staff friendly at check-in. Liked having microwave & frig in room.

The location is good. It was quiet. The breakfast was below par. The eggs were one big clump. Not appealing.

Good location for traveling from AVL airport. Clean rooms and very affordable.

Bed was super comfortable and the room was nice. If you’re a gym goer that room didn’t have much. But for the price it was a good stay 😉

Perfect location for attending events at the fairgrounds facility. Pet friendly, helpful staff.

The location was good. Provided an additional blanket upon request. Plenty of towels. The condition of the facility, the comfort of the bed and the noise of the A/C were all disappointing. The desk attendant was unable to provide a paper receipt upon request.

Clean Everything good

I had the breakfast which was very minimal. It was fine, however, choices. We checked out early in the morning on our drive for almost 5 hours when we received a phone call from front desk. She asked us to leave our room for housekeeping. I explained that I had left five hours ago and rather than apologizing, She just hung up on me.

Not a professional way to not refund despite flight cancellation

Check in with smooth and quick and the girl at the front desk couldn't have been more delightful! Local pub Mudpuppies was right around the corner and also a Ruby Tuesday, both within walking distance.
