Not much! Checked in on Friday and realized the toilet didn't flush. Called down and explained what was going on the young girl was flustered and didn't know how to react Called in Saturday with same complaint and the person was equally unaware. Later in the afternoon the professional staff left a plunger next to my front without acknowledging themselves what-so-ever. I know enough about toilets to do a manual flush which i did about a half dozen times over my two and a half day stay. I paid for a Spring Hill Suites not a Motel Six. I'd be a fool stay to stay at Marriott facility again!

I've explained this previously. I might as well have had my own outhouse. Beside ZERO customer service and maually flushing my toilet all weekend??!! Y'all are fortunate I didn't call the Carter County Health Department.

Overall great value. We loved the sofa couch with our queen beds. The breakfast was good, just wished for bacon in addition to sausage. The pool and hot tub was a let down. Bad lighting and the water just didn't look very fresh. The jets didn't work in the hot tub either. One of my kids wouldn't even get in the pool because of the way it looked.

Everything was fresh and clean!! Our family enjoyed the pool and the Hot Tub. The breakfast was great, loved the biscuits, gravy, fresh eggs and waffles ?. The Hot Tub needs a repair on the water pressure pump, but we still enjoyed the nice warm temperature of the water!
