At best, best described as meager including afternoon & breakfast. Drinks were expensive!!! Two rum & cokes in a small plastic glass were $15 before tax & tip.

I had a great stay and the front desk staff was expecting having a hard time with my first booking due to the manager lady telling me I couldn’t check in without the main guest being there, when I never had a problem anywhere else so didn’t know what was her problem

Staff was very friendly.

Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the use of the in room tv was not possible the entire duration of our stay. Other than that we enjoyed the property.

Despite my event being in Mansfield, I specifically booked this hotel because I enjoy the music and vibes at the bar (which is supposed to be open until Midnight). I absolutely love the gorgeous short haired bartender that is usually there on Saturdays. I arrived back from my event in Mansfield ready to watch the World Cup to find the bar closed without a valid reason. I am very disappointed in the lack of having a bartender on a Saturday night; the manager on duty should have stepped in.

Because of the repeated charges, the remaining money on my card was completely depleted. My family and I were stuck waiting in the lobby for over an hour while I had someone send me more money. Ironically, when a different front desk employee used that exact same card, the transaction went through with no problem. This tells me the issue was not my card but how it was being handled. As a result of the unnecessary charges, I wasn’t able to buy food for my family that night because all of my available funds had been tied up. That is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the employee failed to return my ID after checking me in. Hours later, I had to ask about it, and the staff had to search for it before finally finding it. I have always enjoyed staying at Aloft, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I expect better training, better communication, and more attention to customers’ finances and personal belongings. I hope management addresses these issues so no one else has to go through the same experience

Enjoyed my stay at Aloft… It was in a good location and not far from the freeway. The staff was nice and the room was even nicer. I will definitely return soon.

stay again. Clean and friendly service is more important to me, plus it is a great location, 7 minutes from where our son and his family live.

Sheldon at the front desk was kind and helpful during our check-in process, he has a really good vibe and positive attitude, We were really enjoyed his interactions.
