On 7/17/26 we were in the middle of getting ready for my Niece wedding snd the lights went out about 5 times! When I called to the front desk 5 times the MANAGER took it upon herself to hang up the phone in my face, VERY VERY RUDE AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT AFTER WE FINALLY HAD TO PACK OUR THINGS UP AND MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM, we were late for the wedding!!!! I feel like I should be compensated for my stay, it was very inconvenient to me and my Husband, and to deal with the RUDENESS OF THE MANAGER, that’s too much!!!!

The staff was friendly and our room was clean. The best was a bit hard, but some like that. We would stay again, but would grab breakfast elsewhere.

The room and bathroom smell like mold and must. Closet had mold stains. Mirror too. It was hard to sleep. Bed was old. Not just a damp smell, moldy and musty. Terrible. Wish I stayed somewhere else. Only positive is the staff.

Everything was wonderful! Not far from the sports stadiums and six flags. The pool was open and clean, family enjoyed the breakfast. No issue with room, shower, or parking! Staff was respectful and friendly!

The hotel was in a great location. Close to shopping and the stadium. Not far from downtown Dallas. Very clean and safe.
