Our room was next to the elevator and it was noisy throughout the night

It was sufficient for the occasion, but it felt like I was staying in a 2010’s dorm room. I also ordered a sandwich at the restaurant and found paper in it, leftover from the packaging. Unlikely to stay again.

The only con is the check-in and out is a bit lengthy as they only have one person at time attending clients. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The room was cute… and small. No dresser, but had strange cubicles to crowd stuff into. No parking except for valet, which we knew beforehand but which was still such a major pain in the neck. Also, not fond of the reusable cups and lack of plastic disposable cups.

Clean, renovated, great location - walkable to everything. Staff overly focused on a wedding which made everyone else feel like a second class citizen at the hotel. Room readiness was prioritized for wedding guests, lobby / bar was prioritized for wedding guests - it’s as if every other paying customer didn’t matter or didn’t need access to the hotel bar, snack area or other services.

It was good. We paid for a Panasonic suite which was nice- but they gave us a low floor so the panorama was really the dumpster and a building site- but further out you could see the ocean… room was nice and big - the AC units are old are noisy so along with the general noise in the area, didn’t sleep so well, but I’m a light sleeper so maybe that’s on me. Super dog friendly which was lovely and had a great time at the pool cabana. Will go back but likely specify which floor we would like to be on
