Location and proximity to venues Not clean, no chair in the room. No available electrical outlets.

Room was wonderful and close to the boardwalk and beach. I'd definitely stay here again.

Also it rained and the next morning I was awakened by water dripping. The entire window was leaking water into the room. We had to put a bucket in the window to catch the water. The paint was peeling and bucket filling up quicky.

This was my second time staying at the Berkeley Oceanfront, and I absolutely loved my stay. It was my first time with a partial oceanfront view, and the room was absolutely massive and very clean. Amenities were great. The front desk staff was very welcoming and kind! Valets were also wonderful. I'll be back next summer!

Everyone was very nice. Polite the room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Cafe was excellent. There was a nor'easter so we had to leave early. They were very accommodating. Nothing.

Great place, no parking on premises

So we stayed here during the nor’easter. One of our windows had leak. We mentioned it to staff and they said someone would be up to take a look. All they did was place a towel on the window sill. You would have thought they would have offered to change the room or a small discount for that, but no. There’s no property parking, you either pay $90 dollars a day for valet or park on the street which you have to pay about $3 dollars an hour except between the hours of 2am to 9am. So it was cheaper to leave the car in the street. Other than that everything else was good.

The scented sheets were lovely. The entire hotel was immaculate and smelled fresh and clean

Parking was expensive. No real place to have breakfast other than a Cafe for sandwiches. Decor is nice.

Hotel will not care if extreme weather prevents you from traveling. Don't waste your money here.
