It was our 1 st time at this hotel and area. We liked that we were able to park our car and easily walk to the beach, restaurants , stores and other local attractions. The hotel was lovely, staff attentive & helpful to guests. The buffet breakfast was delicious each day( some menu change up) and enjoyed being able to eat with a view of the ocean as well as relax on the inviting front porch. Overall it was a quiet area and other guests were courteous.

Great location very close to the beach. Ocean view from window! Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. A little noisy due it being an old building and our room sharing windows with the breakfast porch.

Location, staff, and charm. The ac unit was broken. TV did not work.

Amazing location, friendly staff, beach towels available, plenty of social spaces, very clean room with character. Lock for the door was temperamental. Breakfast was cute, but very small portions.

Very pleasant and great location. Everything was comfortable and pleasant. The upstairs porch offers a view of the ocean and a pleasant place to sit.

We love the convenience of being close to beach and town and also Asbury Park. The place is very clean, well maintained and rooms are cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful and we love the breakfast. The bathroom was spotless , nice towels and bed linens spotless. Room smelled good and clean. We’ve stayed here many times 🌊☀️🏖️🐚⛱️⛱️⛱️

I love the ambience and how you can relax and there are several places for you to lounge and reflect. The property is well maintained and structurally sound.

Ours was a spring visit. Our expectations were met. The location is right on the central mall and very close to the beach and the downtown shopping street. Parking is on street. Every room is different, so that could affect how you view your stay. Ours was second floor, one room back from the second floor porch. That porch is where breakfast buffet is served. We could still see the mall from our window while being close to the porch for buffet and coffee or tea during the day…yet our room was quiet. Our room was also comfortable , bright and had all the things we needed. There was a lot of choice for the breakfast. There is a nice lounge and porch on the ground floor.
