Everything was amazing for my birthday weekend!!! Everything went great!!! Staff went above and beyond. Rooms are small. But everything is so modern and chic.

Room was very small but functional for 1 person. Pool area was nice. A little pricey for what you get.

The pool has limited hours and proffered seating for locals who join for the season for less than the cost of one night’s stay. There’s no valet and no assistance with bags in a building without elevators. Charging $700/night is inflated, like highly.

It had everything he promises in the ads. The room was clean and seemed new. The staff was very friendly and helpful, there was a great energy at the bar and the air conditioning in the room was great considering it was 100 degrees outside.

The arrival was smooth and the checking was fast. The room is ok, the A/C in the room was struggling on a very hot day. The bed is a Murphy bed, which was very disappointing. No fridge in the room. The pool closes at 5 pm which was too early for us. But the staff was very nice and helpful, the pool is great and the service is amazing

The rooms are extremely small, and having a Murphy bed means there's barely any usable space beyond sleeping. For boutique hotel rates, the accommodations felt cramped and underwhelming. The walls are also incredibly thin. Despite quiet hours being posted throughout the property, they don't seem to be enforced. You can easily hear neighboring conversations and, unfortunately, even hear toilets being used and flushed. The pool experience was equally disappointing. Signs state the pool is open until 6 PM, but poolside service stops around 3:30 PM when the kitchen begins shutting down. Staff start collecting towels and closing umbrellas well before the posted closing time, making it clear they want guests to leave. To add to the confusion, staff insisted the pool closes at 5 PM, despite signage at the pool saying otherwise. Pool beverage service is also unnecessarily restrictive. Guests are limited to pre-made cocktails and cannot order drinks from the hotel bar, leaving you with a selection of overly sweet canned or pre-mixed options. For the rates charged, the level of service and overall guest experience fell far below expectations. There is no way I could recommend this hotel to friends or family in good faith. The property has potential, but management needs to align the experience with the premium prices they're charging.

Access after hours is a little different but manageable

Place is adorable and staff is excellent. I just would have liked to have none that the restaurant and bar area were off limits due to a private event. We were looking forward to being able to have a drink and a bite to eat there. Other wise it was wonderful.
