Pool was broken, hallway showed water damage and there was a bad odor

Considering the amount we paid for our stay, the experience did not match the amenities that were advertised. Had we known the pool would be unavailable, we likely would have chosen a different hotel. This information should have been communicated before guests reserved their rooms so they could make an informed decision.

Breakfast pancake machine did not work, when staff was asked they simply said it will sometimes work. Literally the only other food for kids to eat was cereal with no milk left. 10mins later had to wait on milk to be bought. We will probably not be staying here again.

The bed was so comfortable, we can rest and relax all night, very friendly receptionist, I highly recommend.

Our stay was good overall but I wish that when we booked our stay we would’ve been informed of the pool not working. We picked this hotel specifically for the pool and the good ratings. Our beds were clean and the room itself but the tub in the bathroom had some hair in it and the walls in the whole room were kind of dirty too. The staff was super accommodating and gave us a crib for our baby to use and when our toddler threw up in the bed our first night, they were super quick on coming and giving us a fresh new bed. I would recommend due to the fact some of the other hotels around were definitely not as great but there were just a few things that made my rating go down. But wonderful staff all around.

The pool was closed, much to our disappointment. There was notice of pool being closed when booked and staff said it was on the Website putting blame on us. They did refer us to the 3 public pools, one of which was closed and the other 2 had an unknown wait time for over capasity. The YMCA requires membership, which the staff misinformed us about.

Room was clean on the first day; however, due to short staffing you must request a room cleaning before arriving to ensure it is cleaned during your stay (exactly what we were told from front desk staff). We did not even receive clean towels during our entire stay. The air conditioner read “ERR,” in our room throughout the stay. Front desk staff said they would call maintenance but we never saw anyone or a change in temperature throughout our stay. The lobby was so hot you could not even stand to eat breakfast in there. The thermostat at the dining table area read 80 degrees, when it was above 100 outside. Pool is broken. Staff not super friendly or knowledgeable.

Unfortunately the pool was closed this past weekend. It was very hot both Saturday and Sunday . I was told on Saturday ‘s check in that I would received a discount due to the pool being closed. I have not seen the discount yet on my bill.

Very clean. Satisfactory breakfast very nice people. Room comfortable and adequate.

The property is in a good location, but I have to say it was disappointing that the pool was close on a very hot weekend. Staff were pleasant.

The room was in terrible condition. It was clean, hats off to housekeeping for polishing that turd. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling into the shower, there was mold in the shower, the walls and ceiling in the bathroom were terribly repaired, the blackout shade in the room had no chain so it couldn’t be put up or down and anyone in the parking lot could see into the room, the iron didn’t work and the pool was broken. Staff was super nice though.

The hotel was good and cleaned the staff very friendly. They just did not have any Wi-Fi services available at all and I needed that for my job that I was there for so I had to go somewhere to use Internet.
