The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was clean and had a variety of options. I would stay here again.

Requested room change from up to downstairs. Customer service was accomodating and professional. Will stay again when in area.

Like the fact the room frig has a freezer compartment that actually works to keep ice packs cold for next day travels. Like that you can pull right up to your room and unload usually. Janet was very friendly and helpful. nice picnic area in the back.

A 30 min drive from Greensboro, reasonably priced and convenient. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool while we were there due to our schedule. Felt safe, clean, and breakfast was alright too. A bit noisy with the motel format and people passing the room outside both late at night and early morning but manageable.

The staff was awesome especially Janet whenever I come to the area this will be my choice rooms were clean and smelled very good nice peaceful property near all the stores you will need.

Only issue was pool was closed otherwise all good will definitely stay there again

There is no fitness center, and even though Expedia says you have free access to a nearby gym, you do not. The staff, for the most part, was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. When we arrived, the AC was not on in the room, and it was very hot. After a few hours of the AC on the coldest level, it cooled off in the room. The bed frame is metal, and made lots of noise when you either got on or off the bed, but nothing major. The bath tub/shower had a broken stopper. I asked the front desk staff, on our first morning there, if they had an extra one. They did not. Had to go to Walmart and buy one in order for my daughter to take a bath. The buffet style breakfast is your basic hotel continental breakfast, and the coffee is typical hotel coffee. All in all, though, a fairly decent stay.

King size bed was terrible. Creaked loudly with any small movement. Front desk lady at check in was awesome. However the one there in the morning wasn't pleasant at all.

We weren't informed it was a smoking room until we arrived. This caused us to check out early. Upon checking in, there was no staff at the front desk. We waited around for a good 5 minutes, calling for someone, until two staff came in the front door to check us in.

The entire stay from check-in to check-out was easy and enjoyable. The staff was great. The room was spotless and nice. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

Older motel but room was clean along with bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Motel is close to shopping and great restaurants. Price was right and we will definitely stay again.
