Everything was great staff was excellent!

Marianne and Joe always make each stay super special. Anytime I’m in Asheville, I stay here and it’s memorable and amazing!

The rooms was not very clean. Also at checkin the manager wanted to make me feel guilty for booking with Expedia. Gave me 1st floor room even after I told her that I don't feel safe. She replied "you shouldn't book with Expedia". I booked pool view room. When I asked for it. She said:" Expedia will book you anything, it's not the room available ". I've never had this type of experience booking with Expedia. She told me to contact experience, when I did they left the agent on hold for a long time. I never heard from either.

Exterior and lobby is nice. Rooms look a bit dated. Restaurant food is good

The property is in need of major upgrades, especially if it is a resort property.

The room was very clean, staff were helpful and the pool was nice. They even had movie nights with free popcorn and s'mores.

I had an infant who crawled around on the bedroom floor. Her clothes were very filthy and had black spots on them. The carpet in the room seemed damp. However, the staff were extremely helpful when needed and the beds were very comfy. The water temperature was either too cold or too hot in the bathroom.

The room appeared to be clean and the bed was comfy. However the carpet felt damp most of the time. The grounds are expansive and we enjoyed walking the pathways. There appears to be an adventure park there with zip lines and more but it was not in action during our stay.

Elevator was out of order two of the three days. There was visible leaking from a rain storm in the corridor by the stairs, which had no railings so was a bit tricky maneuvering. Definitely need some updating in some areas, but overall it was a great day. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint would be the bathroom is so small two people cannot be in it at the same time. There wasn’t a place to hang my bathroom bag except the back of the door but then I could not open the door far enough to use the toilet or hardly stand at the sink. You cannot sit on the toilet, and open or close the door, it’s crazy small.

At the time of making booking/reservation, I could see that Breakfast was included in the offering. However, after having the breakfast, I was charged about $40 towards the same. I was informed by the front desk that my booking did not include breakfast and we were really surprised by that.

Hotel lobby was nice. Room wing was a little dated!

The restaurant food was very good. This resort is great for families.

The room was nice and big with everything we needed. The only issue was that it had a door to an adjoining room with a big gap under the door. We could hear the gentleman up all night in the bathroom and on the phone very loudly at 7am. The meeting facilities looked very nice as well as the entry/check in area. Pool area was ok. The restraunt was not the best. We repurchase breakfast with the room. Turns out it only included the buffet. All the food was cold no matter the time of the morning. You could get a cooked egg or omelet to order. Other than that, order off the menu instead. The dinner meal was just OK. They need more staff in the restaurant. 2 days in a row they seated us and then forgot about us. There isnt anything nearby to walk to except sams club. Have to drive a ways to get anything decent to eat. With so many other options, I'm not sure we would stay there again.

Misleading … is the word I’d use for this trip. Staff incredibly pleasant and helpful. The front desk and the restaurant and the bar- all friendly. The lobby and the 3rd floor clean. But the rooms and everything else except the restaurant and the bar was ok. Call before you book about the amenities.. that’s where it became misleading. If I had know many of the amenities were not available I would have booked elsewhere and the hotel is dated.. to be honest.
