Not bad

Had a great time. Room was clean, beds were super comfy. Felt very safe (travelled alone with my 2 children). Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were kind and helpful. Great location as well. No complaints.

The room.was very clean. The staff was amazing and kind. The breakfast was so good!! Delicious! The staff was very kind! Alicia was very nice at the bar. She took our order and delivered for room service. My only issue for the hotel was that it didn't have the tennis court, spa, golf course. The state took over that piece of land. Which is one of the reasons we booked. I wish it qas not advertised. The adventure park and pool sufficed. I'll return!

I was a little weary pulling into the property, there's some construction going on but it didn't affect my stay. The staff is awesome, very attentive and they made the stay worthwhile. The property is a little older and could use some upgrades, but it's clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice selection at the bar too!

Beautiful sprawling property. Friendly hosts. Nice pool area.

The only problem was not enough plugs and having to walk through dark hallways to the lobby. There wasn’t an easy way to get to the lobby, restaurant and pool area.

I have never done a review on a hotel before but I feel like this one is needed. This resort had bugs in two rooms. The first room that we went to, I noticed hair all on the bed so I pulled back the covers to see if it was hair under the blanket.m, just to find hair AND bugs. The second room the same exact thing in the same exact hall. I don’t think the workers are actually changing the linen, just looking at them and using the same linen, bc under the blanket at the foot of the bed, there was dirt. Tissue was left in the trash can in one room and the other room hair was all in the sink. When we called the front desk, they were so impolite. The supervisor that came to the room was so dismissive and nonchalant about the issue. Very horrible experience and I pray no one else has to experience what we experience. I also pray that they get better staff that cares about the cleanliness of the rooms.

Rooms were clean but the bathrooms are so tiny. Rooms were dark and dated.

Beds were very comfortable. For paying over $300 for one night stay, I was expecting a more plush & updated hotel. It is really outdated. Also, we requested 2 blankets & were told they would bring them to us but never did. I just wasn't impressed with this place. Very disappointed especially for the money we paid.
