no one cleaned the room holes in carpet holes in bedding needs update

Great service for what we needed this accommodation

The environment was great, close to my jobs, and lot of places to go The cleaning schedule was a messed. i received a text when i arrived that cleaning with be done every three days.never happen. i called for cleaning, never happen, instead i saw the cleaning lady, and asked her for some linen and change my sheets and clean my room. As a medical traveler, life goes on.

Our room was very nice and clean. Great shower. Staff was nice and polite and gave us several good suggestions when asked about things to do. Great breakfast included. We will go back. Everything was very good.

Breakfast set up was great. Room was nice. Like the shower and towels. 3 of the 5 mornings staff wasn’t keeping up on Regular coffee dispensers. One morning there was no salt available another morning no regular sugar and apparently sausage too.

Love my stay

I have never in my life received a worse attitude than anyone working a front desk than one of the people at this hotel. I am appalled. Also, they do not speak to their reservation team. I called twice to book a separate one night stay. I was told it was paid in full twice by the reservation team. I got to the hotel where they charged me AGAIN. Told me to call the reservation team to make sure I wasn’t charged twice. Well I was. Also, the TV is beyond out dated. They have remotes to at say Netflix but the TV does not offer an option to out your Netflix info in. The breakfast was atrocious. The place is at least clean. I will never ever stay here again and many others have said how bad of an attitude the person at the front desk has. Have no idea theys name because all I remember it said was they/them. Get your act together. Will be calling Wells Fargo to dispute the double charge. Never staying at a country inn again. I’ve also never seen a hotel gym without weights. Never Ever staying here again.

The water was only warm then the parking suck

. No grab bars in the shower. Confusion by the staff on pricing and hooking up to wi-fi. TV very complicated. Food was cold and little variety.

The location was good and the room was reasonably priced Water pressure was bad. Room had a musty smell when we first walked in

wonderful hotel to stay at.

Staff was helpful except when I asked them to clean the room on day three of 4 days they did not.

Beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Easy check in/check out. Clean and spacious rooms.

Laundry room had units that barely worked but the breakfast was a plus! Parking is down a hill from the front door and I use a cane. A tough walk but all in all I would say we slept well!

View wa a brick wall. Staff was very accommodating to get us close to the elevator as we asked.
