Also, Maverick at the check in desk has the coolest name ever.

I took a suite with my family. Would have gotten a better rating if they cleaned the room more often than every three days. Also the laundry facilities did not properly clean our clothes.

Stayed here for 3 nights while hiking locally with my dog. Staff was great, place is clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was something different (hot food wise) everyday. Only 5 minutes from downtown Asheville. Kind of in an odd spot but convenient location.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast was good

Everything was clean & comfortable, unfortunately, I booked for the indoor pool and it was closed during my stay.

Next to major construction site. Construction activities started at 5:30am and usually finished around 8:00pm during my stay. Jack-hammering (Bulldozer mounted jack-hammer) of the parking lot about 50ft from the hotel entrance lasting several hours. It doesn't matter which floor you stay on you will still get the full experience. The hotel appears to be new and well maintained however the construction and location of the hotel (at the entrance to one of Asheville's oldest strip malls) leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend staying here if safety and a quiet stay are what you are looking for from your visit to Asheville.

Just what we needed clean room nice location good price!

Unfortunately, I had to give it only 2 stars because of a major issue that was never resolved during our stay. We had little to no hot water for our showers, and the water pressure was extremely low. We reported the problem to the front desk on the first day, and we were told that maintenance would take care of it. However, when we returned that evening, the water was still cold and the pressure had not improved. When we checked out the next morning, we raised the issue again. At that time, several other guests were also complaining about the same lack of hot water, which suggested it was a widespread problem rather than an isolated incident. Unfortunately, the issue was never addressed during our stay. A comfortable hot shower is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. While the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff were all positives, the unresolved hot water issue significantly impacted our experience.

Really.nice stay at this hotel. Staff was kind and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water for showers. We reported this and staff said they were aware of this in some rooms and would address it. Unfortunately not for our stay, but hopefully for the next people.

The elevator had odd noises and shook the entire building. The first, third and fourth floor ice machines were out of order. The men's bathroom was out of order. We did see repair people putting in new dry wall. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was boring but adequate. Room was clean.
-
The staff was exceptionally helpful. The hotel was nice, just showing signs of poor maintenance and cleaning. The floors were absolutely filthy, along with the carpets. I had to wipe something up and it was disgusting.
-
The staff were very helpful and polite even helped me retrieve my lost belongings.
-
Fairly priced hotel, close to downtown. Clean, in a safe area.

Our stay in Asheville was great! We had no problems with the hotel or the staff. They were friendly, and the property was clean and orderly.
-
Lobby was very nice as was breakfast bar. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cold showers 2 our of our 3 nights in the room. Undrinkable coffee in the room. No basic black tea in the room, so take your own. The room was "cleaned" one out of our 3 days, however, the coffe pot and caddy were not emptied and replenished. The elevator was extremely slow. Our room looked out over the expressway and a building site! Asheville is wonderful and it was a short Lyft ride into town to see everything, it would have been great to access the river walk but it was impossible to do so. To the hotel's credit, they have refunded some of our money, so I hope these issues are sorted out - we will probably not stay there again.

Room was spotless. It was very pleasantly quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I was able to sleep well. The breakfast that was included was excellent. It even included eggs and fresh toast.
