Good location to restaurants and shops. Parking seemed high but was secure. Free drink at check-in and breakfast was made to order (and included). Quiet and relaxed atmosphere, very clean.

the property was super clean, staff was really nice & the complimentary breakfast spread was amazing.

Unfortunately during checkout, the blond woman at the front desk didn’t acknowledge my presence even though I said “good afternoon”. She eventually asked me what I wanted, but this was a completely different level of interaction from what we experienced with Eli and Thomas. Then as we were loading our car, we realized that the hotel’s “designated smoking area” is in fact right by the hotel entrance; there were children, a baby, while someone from the staff blew smoke on everyone. Just not prosocial behavior, and it seems odd that the hotel selected that area, where everyone has to spend time if they have car, for smokers. I can’t rate their hygiene high when there’s smoke while we’re trying to check out.
