When we first entered The Embassy Suite it was a wonderful experience. Head manager was awesome! We saw that he was Very hands on throughout our visit. Kitchen manager was great as well.She was Very pleasant and hands on as well! Definitely a Great Experience from beginning to end!

Nice stay at Embassy. The pool was smaller than we expected, but served the basic purpose. The made to order omelettes was top tier… kudos to the cooks who made it happen for so many of us guests in a short amount of time. The evening reception was also nice and the nibbles were a nice touch. Overall a good stay.

Hotel was in a great location, very clean. Parking was valet only and $30 a day which was annoying. Restaurant upstairs was great!

This is a great hotel to stay at in Asheville. The hotel is immaculately cared for. The breakfast buffet line cooks are very skilled in making an omelette. The check in process was smooth. It’s also close enough to the downtown shops and restaurants to walk to.

They provide the best complimentary breakfast buffet I’ve had anywheres else. They also provide 2 free alcoholic drinks every night from 5-6:30 for all folks aged 21 and over, which was a nice surprise. Never seen that anywheres.

But the very best thing is the spectacular views from your suite bedrooms and the wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. You can not find a better deal on a top quality place to stay in Asheville. We have decided to make it an annual mid summer escape to Asheville with staying at the Embassy Suites when there.

City sewer came up through my bathroom so Asheville put me up with you. Walked in from a 90 degree day pissed off to beat hell. Agatha made my stay, she was the best, made sure I had a nice room with a view and couldn’t have been sweeter or more pleasant to deal with. Thanks very much Agatha.

Very nice property, friendly / helpful staff . Clean comfortable rooms , roof top restaurant had great food and wonderful view. Breakfast buffet was usual fare but good and plentiful. Very nice access to the interstate on departure- about 1/4 mile or less to I-240.

Nice location and very nice amenities when traveling with a family. We arrived late afternoon and got welcomed with a drink and snacks. Breakfast made our morning very easy. Would stay again
