Embassy Suites By Hilton Asheville Downtown

Spacious room, friendly and timely valet, friendly resty staff, good climate control. I had one elevator issue. I was working out in the basement and couldn’t take the elevators upstairs. They were being cleaned. I had to walk out a ground level emergency exit and walk around the building to get back to the main level.

The lobby and bar-eaterie were clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Our suite was clean, comfortable, and more than large enough for our family. We were very thankful for the valet staff, they were all personable, accommodating, and very friendly. The complimentary evening drinks were enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant was very good, we had take out from there twice. Breakfast from the eateries twice, both times were very good. The area was kept clean.

The hotel was in a great location for our needs. Complimentary evening drinks and breakfast was great. We booked 5 minutes before arriving as we were traveling the Blue Ridge Pkwy. Staff was helpful and polite. Parking was $30 which I did not see listed. The rooftop restaurant was a plus so we didn't have to leave the premise for dinner. Definitely recommending this location to others.

The location was centered within the city! Downtown Asheville was electric and eclectic! Parking fees should be adjusted whenever tourists add money to the local economy!!

The have to do better for the breakfast. There are people who eats healthy. And lots of things on meal was not healthy. And the cooks needs to listen to the customers

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great facilities throughout the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Large clean rooms, great breakfast

Exceptional all around except for the roof top restaurant filling up with non-hotel guest. We had never stayed here & while we were waiting on our room the front desk lady suggested we walk around and familiarize ourselves with the whole place. We were celebrating our daughter's 12th birthday and when she saw the roof top restaurant that was all she requested to do to celebrate; no bowling, no arcade, no amusement, just eat dinner under the stars. Unfortunately they were reserved out weeks in advance. Other hotel restaurants we have been to always reserve some tables for hotel quests only. I highly suggest this place follow that plan. She was heartbroken and even though she got to pick out her steak at Texas Roadhouse (and chose the biggest one) she still talks about wishing she could have eaten at the roof top restaurant and Im leaving this review 3 months later. That's a long time for a 12 year old to feel heartbroken over a missed opportunity.
