Breakfast was good. Location was good. Traffic was noisy; hotel itself was quiet. Need more parking attendants during busy hours; not much space to accommodate incoming and outgoing vehicles.

The website had a picture of a soaking tub with our room. We did not get one. Staff was nice, but Hotel Indigo’s website is very misleading. Avoid!

The staff were very nice and bed was comfortable. The window was leaking on the inside, I’m assuming from the ac unit above and the towel in the bathroom next to the sink was dirty. I think the housekeeper missed it and there was stuck on lotion or something on sink counter. I don’t think it was wiped down.

Bed and big bathroom room was spacious Forced to use valet at additional cost. Refrigerator in our room wasn’t even plugged in so wasn’t cold couldn’t use it. Tv wouldn’t come on finally realized it also was unplugged.

Very clean hotel with incredible views of the mountains if in the correct room. All the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
