Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville

Room view was amazing. Could see whole mountain range from 12th floor. Great walking distance to everything downtown. Valet was affordable and VERY quick to get car. Felt incredibly safe my entire time as a solo female traveller.

This is a great hotel that is located close to everything we wanted to do in Asheville! The room was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. We got champagne at arrival, which was super nice! And they gave us a snack at check-out. I traveled with my two young kids, and they had a wonderful time!

Valet were terrific. Front desk also. Beautiful hotel and views from the corner room.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first. The facilities are wonderful, the staff is exceptional, and the location is just perfect! There is nothing to say here, top notch stay in Asheville!

Staff was friendly & helpful, even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne! You have to visit the 4th floor restaurant/bar, Hemingway's Cuba, with rooftop patio. The food & atmosphere was amazing. Centrally located, we will definitely return.

The Cambria is in a terrific location downtown. It's a beautiful hotel, our room was spotless and we had amazing views from the 12th floor. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The hotel staff are all so nice and welcoming, including the valet staff. There are so many great shops and places to eat right outside of this hotel! I can't give a higher recommendation for the Cambria. If you want to stay downtown, stay here.

Location, large rooms, cleanliness and service. Rooftop bar a plus!

The staff was friendly and accommodating and room was clean and spacious. The valet parking was extremely convenient. The location was excellent and it was very nice to receive a gift when we arrived with water and snacks. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and when the plug was engaged did not hold water. We informed staff upon checkout. I reserved a king size bed but we got a room with 2 queens which would have been ok but one of the beds had a fitted sheet that the fabric was very pilled. The other bed sheets were fine, so we didn’t make a big deal.

I would consider this to be a minimalist hotel style. Austerity is the key word. The king bed was the hardest I have ever slept on. The view from our hotel was exceptional. Paying $4 for a cafe americano that was tepid with no refill is ridiculous. It took 45 minutes to get served, and 45 minutes to finally get the attention of the waiter to pay the bill. The car jockeys were great at their job as was the front desk staff. I’d recommend the hotel for location and view, but not the wait staff in the restaurant

The location was perfect, i was able to meet my friends in downtown and everything was in walking distance. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed sitting on the rooftop at Hemingway's to watch the sunset. i was looking forward to room service but this wasn't offered at this hotel. i also would have liked it if we could have food delivered straight to our door and not have to go to the lobby to get it.

Very nice and modern hotel in downtown. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable & liked the wood flooring better than carpet. Very walkable area. I normally prefer a hotel that offers a complimentary breakfast which this hotel has a restaurant but you do have to pay for meals.

The view of the mountains was beautiful, but the view of the rooftop parking was not so great. Location was excellent. loved the fact that there were so many restaurants within walking distance. Lobby could have been nicer.

Location, clean, and large rooms The walls were thin. You could hear voices from the halls and seemingly other rooms.

Love staying here because it is walking distance to everything we do in Asheville. Great restaurants, breweries and tap rooms. Park the car and start relaxing

Very nice property and the employees in the hotel and valet area were wonderful. I loved the location. I don’t think the vouchers we had for meals were really worth anything. The breakfast was pretty delayed and we had to wait quite a while for it to even get started and it was mediocre. And then the second morning there was no breakfast at all, allegedly due to some mechanical failure. But other than the restaurant, everything was truly wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. I just wouldn’t count on eating there.

The room was really cleaned and the convenient and affordable onsite valet was great. We were able to walk to lots of things downtown too
