Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville

Great experience with one exception. They did not make the bed during their rounds every day. Towel service only

Great location and a great price for such spacious rooms! Only valet parking available, so plan accordingly if you plan to be in and out a lot, but a great plus that most of downtown Asheville is walkable from the property. Didn't eat at the onsite restaurant, but did visit to see the stunning views from the rooftop terrace and the staff were super accommodating to let us walk around without dining there. The rooms are extra wide with ample space to leave luggage open with plenty of room for an aisle to still walk by with ease--not the case at multiple other hotels we visited on this same multi-state trip! Views are great from the room even just on the 5th floor. Used the onsite laundry facilities on the 12th floor and really enjoyed the views from the top! Front desk staff were very helpful to make change for us since the guest laundry machines have no app/card-based payment, only quarters. The bathroom mirrors have built-in Bluetooth speakers, so we enjoyed getting ready with some tunes. Overall a great, walkable hotel option to experience the best of Asheville!

Breakfast was terrible. I sincerely mean that. If you want biscuits and gravy forget it. The gravy is tasted and ran like water. They do have made to order omelets- not great. So if you want oatmeal and toast go for it. This I will say their free drinks and snacks were excellent. Very clean. I forget which room we booked but it was small. I kept hitting my head on the tv because it is on a side wall. It does swing out and that’s how o kept bumping my head. The stay was very very kind and friendly. Walking distance to everything. Excellent location and would totally stay there again

Very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very centrally located, walkable to everything in downtown and there must be a dozen restaurants within view of the hotel. Front desk staff was great. We stayed on 12th floor and had nice views of surrounding mountains, we were in a 2 queen room and it was very large and clean. Nice place in main floor to buy snacks and such. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was conveniently located, gym was clean and organized, staff was always helpful and valets were AMAZING.

Room was really nice, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in (at a hotel). It was the perfect location to walk around and explore the food and shops. It was the perfect spot for city exploration. I also recommend the bar for a night cap, where the staff were super friendly and the drinks were great.

The hotel is charming and located in the heart of Asheville The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean roomy enough for two and comfortable. The roof top bar added to the ambience Would highly recommend

Didn’t like the staff not addressing my concerns! They looked over me while I had already told them why I was there! They waiting on several others before talking back to me! Even the manager wasn’t understanding.

Room view was amazing. Could see whole mountain range from 12th floor. Great walking distance to everything downtown. Valet was affordable and VERY quick to get car. Felt incredibly safe my entire time as a solo female traveller.

This is a great hotel that is located close to everything we wanted to do in Asheville! The room was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. We got champagne at arrival, which was super nice! And they gave us a snack at check-out. I traveled with my two young kids, and they had a wonderful time!

Staff was friendly & helpful, even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne! You have to visit the 4th floor restaurant/bar, Hemingway's Cuba, with rooftop patio. The food & atmosphere was amazing. Centrally located, we will definitely return.

The Cambria is in a terrific location downtown. It's a beautiful hotel, our room was spotless and we had amazing views from the 12th floor. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The hotel staff are all so nice and welcoming, including the valet staff. There are so many great shops and places to eat right outside of this hotel! I can't give a higher recommendation for the Cambria. If you want to stay downtown, stay here.
