Absolutely beautiful, stunning, clean, and the best location in downtown Asheville. Don’t miss the amazing restaurant that opens up to the patio looking over the square. I have stayed here twice now and will never stay anywhere else when I visit.

Lovely, unique boutique hotel. Many well designed unusual touches such as a library decor and interesting arched doors. Rooms are large and very well appointed. There’s a fun rooftop bar as well as a basement bar with games and two lane bowling alleys. The fun basket picnic basket was very good.

Our room was great, very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the main bar and the downstairs bar. Would definitely stay here again.

The main restaurant was hit or miss, sometimes open, sometimes closed. The rooms are nice and the valet staff is super helpful.

Great friendly staff, clean rooms, new building, incredible central location across from a little park, valet amazing Neil, Matt and Rick especially were very helpful. But lacks a Safe for valuables. Saturday night had a wedding w band blazing two floors down. Breakfast basket a hit!. Balconies of 4th a floor wonderful. I rate it as a whole 4.8/5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

One word to describe: RELAXATION! The minute you walk through the door and get a whiff of their signature smell it instantly calms your nervous system. It then only gets better as you are greeted by an amazing attentive staff and the calming blue decor takes you even deeper. It has now become my hotel of choice when in Asheville.

The food baskets every morning were very nice. Clean room and the staff was great.

The homeless population around the hotel was frightening and sad. I did not feel safe . It was noisy. There was a lot of drug use all around as well. The hotel staff needs training and organization.

We parked in the lot behind the hotel for $12/day instead of valet.

Really nice place, we enjoyed our stay.
