The Restoration Asheville

Our stay at The Restoration Asheville was excellent! The location is perfect, the hotel is virtually brand new, and everyone we encountered on the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend a stay here during your visit to Asheville.

Repeat visit for us. There wl b another repeat visit. Great location downtown, beautiful facility & awesome energy. The staff are super nice & helpful.

Marvelous hotel! There is simply not a fault to be found here. My wife and I came for a concert and this was perfect. The location is right in the heart of Asheville. The valet parking made it simple to get in and out. The food, staff and roof top bar made for an exceptionally good experience. The room was comfortable and spacious with all the trappings of a five star hotel. Good job Renovation!

Hotel was nice, very well kept and enjoyed The Draftsman Restaurant. Only thing I didn't care for was there was no microwave in the room and the coffee maker was tiny and you had to pay for a cup of coffee in lobby, which every hotel I've ever stayed at had complimentary coffee. Overall, nice hotel, had a great time, but for the price we paid, that would have been nice to have coffee avail.

We had a delightful stay at The Restoration. It was certainly restorative! We met two exceptional staff members during our stay. One was the head of housekeeping. I kept seeing them all around the hotel. They were extremely friendly and responsive. I had one request for a few extra hangers, which was fulfilled almost immediately. Then we saw each other at the social hour in The Watch and then met up again the next morning getting coffee at The Rise. I'm so sorry I don't recall their name, but they were so welcoming and genuinely warm and friendly. Their visibility in different areas of the hotel and interest in chatting with guests let me know they were hands-on and invested in the quality of the housekeeping services, which were excellent. The other staff member was (I think) Caitlin (??). She was manning the bar during another social hour and we got to chatting a bit. She was delightful, warm, and gracious as well! Her generosity is greatly appreciated. I would also like to note that the valets were terrific. The weather was pretty lousy during our visit and they were clearly busy, but they were consistently super helpful, kind, and efficient throughout our stay.

Felt like you were staying at a private club. Beautifully furnished rooms. The hotel also has a bowling alley and games room in the basement. It was an absolute treat.

Staff is incredible! What an amazing experience we had. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the front desk manager, food and beverage manager, restaurant staff, bar tenders, valet and jeep service staff were above and beyond any place we have ever stayed. The rooms and amenities were above average. Every single person we came in contact with made us feel right at home. I cannot even begin to put into words how special they made us feel. We are not far from Asheville, just a short drive over from TN. We will be back very soon! I recommend the Restoration above all in Asheville. Beat out the Biltmore 10 fold. Great location, ambiance and overall time spent was extraordinary! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Jessica & Tony

This hotel is one of the best kept secrets in all of downtown Asheville. It is in the heart of everything, has modern amenities, including a bowling alley. The only thing you need to be mindful of is that the drum circle plays on Friday afternoon in front of the hotel. If you're trying to get a mid afternoon nap, you can forget about it. That is something you can easily plan around.
