This is a great property, if you are looking to be in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of the many restaurants, bars, mom & pops shops, and pop-up entertainment. Our room was very clean and updated, the entire staff that we encountered were friendly, professional, and helpful. Many of them lived in the area for some years and were able to suggest local venues and eateries that we would have not known otherwise. This AC property definitely goes on my list for return visits.

Nice clean hotel with rooftop access and amazing mountain/city views. Comfortable bed and pillows.

My room was clean and well appointed. The staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk who helped me with the printer, were friendly and welcoming. Parking was a great option, as it was in a deck (safe) and located centrally in downtown Asheville. While this was a work trip, I would certainly consider the AC again for a longer stay.

Location was great. The elevator situation with sharing the parking garage was a little inconvenient. We had to bake in 15 everytime we went anywhere to be able to get off of the 7th floor.
