The location was convenient and walkable. Room was clean with a great view. Loved the outdoor seating area-adjacent to the bar. Breakfast was delicious with friendly servers. We’ll be repeat visitors!

The Renaissance Asheville is a comfortable, well maintained, safe property within walking distance of downtown. Would highly recommend!

The only reason I do not rate our stay as excellent because the breakfast. They bacon was terrible. I big disappointment. The beds were excellent.

Friendly staff. The bar food needs help! Was told the fried green tomatoes were made in house and that they breaded them to order. I don't believe that for one second. I sent them back. They also served them with ranch dressing, not the house-made remoulade as described on the menu. Morning coffee set for guests was a nice and good quality.

Our stay was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was really good. The valet was helpful and quick. We have stayed here before at conferences. The ability to walk to Downtown Asheville is a huge plus.

We were upgraded to a nicer room and our room was very spacious. The entire hotel is very modern and decorated really nice. They gave us champagne as we arrived and got us a reservation in their restaurant even though it was said to be full. The food was really good too! We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close to everything and walkable to lots of restaurants, shops, etc.

The staff was wonderful, the location was perfect, the room was comfortable and the amenities were great.

Over my 4 night stay my room was not cleaned once unless i went and asked the front desk or a manager. That's not right - even if they are busy. I ran out of everything and my sheets were not cleaned. Disappointing as a Marriott Bonvoy gold member.
