Four Points by Sheraton Asheville Downtown

Kinda like the backrooms

The staff was very helpful. They assured me that there was a gas station near the airport for when I return the car. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very walkable. The breakfast Monday through Friday was great Saturday and Sunday. They had one of those heat breakfast things and it was OK, but I love the personalized breakfast during the week when it wasn’t as crowded.

There wasn't much that i liked other than the location. Where do I begin. Check-in was smooth, went to the FIRST room and checked the room, there was a cut toenail in the bathroom and there were bugs on the mattress. Literally... bugs crawling on the mattress under the sheet! We went to the front desk, told the guy behind the counter, he walked us back to the room to get our bags and looked for himself. He took pictures also and put us in another room. Second room was clean, no bugs or toenails! Although @ 2:00 a.m we were woke up with a dog barking until about 4:30 a.m. Went to the front desk once again and told the girl that was working and her response was "What do you want me to do about it?" Don't think we will visiting this location again.

Good location for being central to Asheville’s downtown….nothing fancy about this place but it was serviceable if a little in need of an update…

Seems to be under going renovations. There was left over painters tape still on the wall when we got into our room. 5floor ice machine was broken.

The one big complaint is that the elevator motor was in the basement where a lot of rooms are subject to an old laboring motor which is very noisy. Asheville has a lot of tourists and that elevator is active up to 2:00am. Basement windows point to the parking lot so lights from cars are straight into windows. I’d request a room on the 4th or 5th floor if you can.

Wall paper in bathroom blistering. Towel rack in awkward position opposite toilet. Room was behind elevator and noisey when in use.

The front desk staff is very sweet and helpful. The beds were AH-mazing! We slept SO good! The pillows were great too! The checkout at noon instead of 11 like most hotels was also very nice. Only reason rated at a 3 is due to the water pressure, the awful shower heads with limited settings to match the terrible water pressure. The water temperature could be a little hotter. It was hot but not hot enough. The shower curtain hooks are the cheap set from Walmart and there is bubbles in the wall paper in the bathroom as if there was a prior leak or from the shower. Which in my opinion is less than the Marriott standard we expected. Work in progress. But would stay here again. Just in a different room

Rated a 3.5 start hotel, may have been in its heyday, but about a 2 star place now.

It’s easy, it’s close, parking is wonderful.

Easy walk to downtown Asheville. Very comfortable accomodations

This is a great basic option in downtown for the value and easily walkable location. Rooms and bed were both very comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The biggest plus is the FREE parking!

Our stay was comfortable, clean, and the location was great. Loved having the ymca next door. They charged way too much for the pet fee. $75.00. Much more than other hotels that are $20-30.00.
