TownePlace Suites by Marriott Asheville Downtown

Nice hotel

We had to walk a good ways to the downtown area which was not planned. The phone in the room did not function and our first night the TV did not work. The following morning a staff member had to come up and get the TV to work and the phone he could not get to function. This was quite disappointing.

This hotel was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! Staff were always ready to help. Delicious breakfast. Nice outdoor seating area. Very walkable location for downtown.

My favorite place to stay close to downtown

The Staff was excellent and very helpful with me and my wife’s stay. The breakfast was great as well.

This place is nice. Parking is good. Front desk folks are very nice and professional. The price is very high. The breakfast is fair. The bacon is awful. I suggest changing from bacon to sausage.

Laundry on site, kitchen on site, close to downtown, parking on site. We had to switch rooms everything was making way too much noise in our room. New room we moved into was fine. Location is at the bottom of the hill, so while it’s downtown just know you’re walking up the hill every time you’re going up hill Room wasn’t cleaned while we were there Breakfast could use more options (notably more fruit)

Very clean and spacious rooms. Very nice staff and super close to downtown.

The property was conveniently located. Very clean and a newer property. Nice areas to take our dogs and doggie bags were furnished outside as well. The fitness center was very good and well above most properties. (I’m picky about fitness facilities) Breakfast was good and very adequate Overall we would come back!

Nice place to stay for our over night trip

Clean room with a comfortable bed and good breakfast.

Staff was helpful with how to pull out the sofa, bed and providing linens. However, our bedroom was on the highway side and we could hear traffic all night. Also, the pullout bed in the living area was extremely hard and not comfortable for sleeping.

Room was great and the kitchenette was useful for all our food restrictions as we were able to cook our own meals!

Varied food items, and beverages. The breakfast room was exceptionally clean, and spacious. The decaf coffee dispenser was empty for a while, and this happened on two visits.

This stay really made me want to choose TownePlace Suites by Marriott again in the future! The location was great, the room was thoughtfully designed and very convenient, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. It’s a wonderful place for both family trips and business travel. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

Food was good. Ran out , but they replaced quickly

Helpful staff very clean! Easy parking

Clean room, walking distance from restaurants. Breakfast is decent.
