Very nice hotel, large rooms, good location.

Hotel was excellent. Very spacious and super reasonable as it relates to pricing. The sit down restaurant not the one at bar was amazing!!!! Did not eat at bar restaurant although it has great reviews. Location is also excellent. I’d stay here every time.

Everyone we came in contact with was very nice. I love the key card system. You hold it under the scanner,tap the floor you want it tells you which elevator is opening and automatically takes you to your floor. We used the valet and they were all great. Our meals in the restaurant were excellent. Really everything from start to finish was wonderful except the carpet in our room was very dirty. Had a very dirty smell when you got near it, to say pick something up off the floor. Everything else seemed extremely clean. Very walkable area with a lot of stores and restaurants to enjoy.

Amazing hotel - very dog friendly!

Great location for a quick trip in downtown Asheville! Hotel had nice amenities and staff were all very helpful and courteous! Restaurants on site had great food too. Would stay again!

Barry greeted us and took great care of our group of four. We found the rooms amazing, the valet was great. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Asheville.

Everything is perfect. High end luxury hotel with outstanding service. The most pet friendly hotel I have ever booked. I can’t recommend it enough.

Loved our stay everyone on staff was so friendly and they went above and beyond. Would absolutely stay there again. Rooms are clean and housekeeping comes daily if you choose. Great location in downtown.

Liked the bikes available for use. Room was nice. Staff was friendly.

The bedside lights were amber, which was gloomy. There were ceiling lights, which were too far away to provide reading light and were not individually switched; both stayed on together. TV was glitchy with some channels working and some not. It offered streaming, but that never worked. There was an onscreen message asking how my stay was going. I replied with a frowny face and was informed someone would be contacting me shortly. No one ever did. I hated the bed sheets. Everything was tucked in and when pulled them out, everything came out. No fitted sheets!! The pillows were all soft and non- supportive. I like firm and am used to an assortment. Some things were designed poorly. The window coverings were difficult to operate. I was afraid I was going to break the rods used to open and close. The bathroom faucet was too low. It was difficult to wash your hands without hitting it. The bathroom doors were large and weird. The staff were universally nice and helpful. Common areas were beautiul. I was looking forward to a stay in a high class hotel, but no. Disappointed and frustrated. The office chair was broken-didn't go up and down. Poor design with window coverings

This was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Staff was great in all areas. Free coffee and social hour was very nice. Definitely would go back

Breakfast options a little limited

The hotel was also in a fantastic location. We were able to walk everywhere downtown, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

Very noisy location- barely slept

The hotel staff, from valet, front desk, restaurant and bar, were fantastic. They were engaging, pleasant and helpful. The biggest issue was, at times, we weren't sure if we were in a hotel or dog boarding kennel. These were not service animals, but rather guests' personal, ill behaved pets and they were everywhere from lobby, rooms and restaurant. We had one next to us barking at 11pm for two nights in a row. When addressed, the solution offered was earplugs - wrong answer. Great location, central to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and modern. No reason for anything but 5 stars, except for the dogs. One additional note - there are a lot of homeless in vicinity of the hotel. Most keep to themselves, but some are panhandling. It was obvious as we neared the property and upon check-in, I asked about the homeless situation and safety. The front desk attendant's response was, "what homeless?" I'm not sure if it was a joke or if she was truly oblivious, but I didn't pursue an additional explanation. There is a noticeable police presence throughout the area and we never felt concerned about walking freely during the day.
