Kimpton Hotel Arras by IHG

Very clean room and we had housekeeping everyday. Breakfast was amazing and gave us 4 $20 vouchers to use a the restaurant and bar. Staff was very lovely and even brought us wine to the room because it was our anniversary. And we also had valet parking which was nice. Hotel is right in downtown area so made it perfect!

Pillow covers were not clean, but they were replaced quickly after a call to the reception. The furniture and the room were beautifully designed, but signs of wear were visible. Little touch ups would be beneficial. Down

Hotel was very modern and clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Appreciated a great breakfast in the morning to start our day! Walking distance to many cool things in Asheville.

Amazing staff !

Hotel was beautiful, very clean and location was right downtown with tons of places within walking distance. Staff was excelent! Older gentleman in the front, I believe Brandon was wonderful and valet Caden was super nice and helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend!

We love this hotel. The rooms are stylish and clean. We had an amazing view. The bar area is beautiful and provides ample space for relaxing and conversation. We only had breakfast this stay and it was delicious. The staff goes above and beyond to assist and are all knowledgeable and friendly. We will stay here every time we visit.

It was very clean even though there were many dogs at the hotel. Staff was very nice. The cost for parking with the hotel is very high and this area is very noisy at night if you are trying to go to bed early. We just parked at the Wall Street garage.
