the room had a musty odor. There are better located hotels in the downtown area. This hotel is a long walk to all the hot spots in Asheville. Sorry to say we won't be back.

Very friendly staff, great location, modern and well equipped gym, and they allowed me to check on early.

The staff was super friendly, check in and out were smooth. The location was awesome and super central to all these downtown happenings. We walked next door to their sister hotel and had dinner watching the most amazing sunset on the rooftop restaurant. 5/5 stars!!

We had an amazing stay in. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The air conditioning system kept tripping and the room was heard through out the night making it difficult to sleep

Everything was great, a staff were very nice and helpful. The only complain I have was the parking. We had to drive all the way around the back of the hotel and drag our bags all the way around to the front.

Staff was great! Bar was nice the only issue was the patio furniture was. Little moldy from all the water and nothing to shield it from the rain. Since it is thick and nicely cushioned it takes a while to dry so it gets moldy

Cons: Rooftop bar was never open, bathroom door in room didn't close all the way even after a repair; lights in room were wonky and hard to control.
