Aloft by Marriott Asheville Downtown

Location was great. modern hotel elevator was broken.

We were only there for one night but we want to come back for a weekend. Asheville was such a neat little town and I wish we could have explored more. The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. We didn’t get a chance to check out the restaurant or bar, but next time we will.

Good location very nice staff They only clean the rooms every second day but I couldn’t find anywhere that said that

Downtown walkability !!!

Clean, great area, fabulous vibe…we will stay there again. Only minor drawback was room being cleaned…had to ask twice for it to be cleaned. They asked me what did I mean by cleaned. They gave us more towels and coffee… no taking towels on floor, dirty glasses, make bed, replace water, etc

Clean facility in a great location. Staff were nice. Main bed was pretty comfortable but the pull out couch fell short.

Central to downtown. Able to walk to most restaurants and breweries. Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. Only complaint was that there was only one functional elevator so it was slow.

Very very Friendly Staff. Desk staff & cafe staff. Clean. Excellent location. Very nice find when i needed to stay 1 more day in Asheville with my dog. One elevator was out of Service. This made taking my dog down from the sixth floor to the lobby on the second floor, to the exit on the first floor, to the street to look for a potty spot a bit difficult. Awesome hotel. But only if your dog has a strong bladder which thankfully mine does.

Only complaint was that one of the elevators was broken. Caused some delays in getting to the conference we were there for.

Very frustrating, that the elevator wasn't working and really made it slow down the process to get to your room, as staff were using it many times. We were told it had been down for 2 months, which seems unacceptable. Also, even thought I told the desk clerk at check out that I was paying the parket privately and had put my credit card in she still charged me for 3 not 2 nights that I had actually stayed at the hotel. I had already paid privately for my 2 nights. She said she would take care of it and actually never did.

Great hotel on the convenient location. Place was clean and modern walkable to the breweries.
