Aloft by Marriott Asheville Downtown

Very nice hotel, and staff was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay again.

We were only there for one night for a concert and everything was amazing. The establishment was great, clean and close to everything we needed for 2 days. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will return.

The hotel was in a perfect downtown location around all the local hot spots. The food at the bar and breakfast was above average for hotel food. The 1 elevator not being in service was disappointing. The parking was convenient in and out. If you do not like dogs I would not recommend as this hotel was very dog friendly. Make sure you look at all the room options I was not aware that they had hotel rooms that had direct access to the pool with small cabana’s. The rooftop views were great in all areas of the hotel.

I’ve had erroneous charges added to my bill the last two times I’ve stayed at this property. I’ve then had to call innumerable times to get the problems resolved. Will no longer be staying here in the future.

This was our 3rd stay at this A-Loft and we love it. The location is perfect for a walkable weekend in Asheville. Music venues and breweries are all easily accessed from the A-Loft.

The location is amazing! Convenient to everything. Lots of restaurants and shopping. I didn’t really have much interaction with the staff. N/A

A modern hotel right in the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly, especially those in the café. Only one lift was working, which made getting between floors very slow.

Property was very nice and located perfectly for visiting downtown Asheville.

The rooms, bar and dining area, the ledge, the pool deck, and all the common areas were inviting and bright. I enjoyed breakfast on the ledge and a dinner in the dining area - the service was excellent. I liked the check in/out area - it felt informal and friendly, like I was visiting a friend. I am not specifically a dog person, but I did enjoy how well dogs were treated here, and I did tell me dog loving friends about it. Asheville is a city on my list to see again and again, and the Aloft is the only place I will be staying! Tiffany Chase

Great place to stay. Great staff. Location & amenities are excellent. Hotel is very clean. Room was fantastic.

Artistic vibe

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. Out of the 4 nights the hotel room was only cleaned once! When I brought this up with the concierge, they tried blaming me and said I must have had the do not disturb sign on. I never used the do not disturb sign. I ended up getting my own clean towels from the pool area. Furthermore, everything in the room was taped up from the mattress to the door frame and window shades. Additionally there were old blood stains on the sheets. I have had cleaner rooms at Motel 8!

Love the hotel, beautiful very nice people

We loved the location. Easy walk to many excellent restaurants and shopping. The rooftop restaurant (Wildwood Still) was outstanding. The food and drink menu was top notch. Nice breakfast options at the cafe. Easy garage parking. We will be back!

Housekeeping forgot twice to clean the rooms and bring towels Had to ask three times to remind them to bring the extra bed at 10pm when tired not fun.
