Moxy Asheville Downtown

If you are looking for an ideal downtown location with an excellent staff and adorable rooms, you can’t go wrong with the Asheville Moxy.

Parking with suitcase and walking long distance just to get to the hotel lobby is next to impossible if you’re handicapped. The accommodation is more like an overnight dorm room. Not great and would have appreciated more up front information. Asked to upgrade rooms with a gold Bonvoy membership and denied to accommodate requests. It’s an Asheville location and not great addition for the downtown experience!

Very small space and no storage (drawers, closet). Location is great, trendy hotel with nice amenities.

No closets or drawers, only a few hangers on the wall. No coffee machine in the room. The Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby is always out of service. Worse even, I left my Airpods there, the Apple app shows they are there and they say they cannot find it. The only decent things about this hotel is the location and parking.

Nice kitschy hotel for a short stay. Well maintained, rooms were nicely decorated but don't expect anything beyond a bed and bathroom. No kettle, no fridge, no microwave. Otherwise nice. Enjoyed the balcony

This is one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and safety was a priority. The beds were comfortable and the showers had plenty of water pressure. The welcome cocktail was a lovely added bonus! 11/10 would stay again.

The room was clean and well kept. We had a balcony it was nice . Would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room . But overall it was a good stay . Asheville is a cool place to visit.

Very modern and trendy looking hotel. The atmosphere was great. I loved that we got tokens for welcome drinks. The pool was a nice extra. The Wildwood Still restaurant had a beautiful view and great drinks. The hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and galleries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

No safe in the room, no closets (only hangers on the wall and a shelf under the in-room sink). No coffee machine either in the room. Well located, clean, very few breakfast options

Great place. Clean and quiet and right downtown. Great lobby bar.

What a cool boutique hotel with a great location!

I am very disappointed with this hotel. It was not a comfortable site. I also received absolutely no amenities. The breakfast is sub par and expensive, definitely not special. The bar is only available for a limited amount of time.

Great location. Parking can be a little confusing

Stayed here for the 4th of July and location could not have been better! Central to great restaurants (and rooftop restaurant/bar great too) and cute shops! Rooms clean and cozy

The location is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute and set up well. That being said our room was dirty. The beds looked like they’ve been slept in. The toilet was dirty in the front and around the floor. The floor in the washroom was sticky. If one looked at the glass around the shower dirty. We couldn’t find the remote for the tv. When we moved the roll away ottoman/seat there it was on the floor along with dried up food and crumb! The pillows were uncomfortable along with the mattress. My mattress had a bit of a dip in it which made it extremely uncomfortable. We were tired one night was enough. Thank goodness we weren’t staying any longer.

Clean rooms, complimentary coffee and welcome drink, great rooftop restaurant and great location! Check out at noon not ten like many places.
