Overall a great experience. The staff was very helpful during the check in process and went above by accommodating me during check out process as well. Overall, a great experience. The pool was a great bonus and the view from the pool as well as restaurant on the rooftop was a top notch experience.

Check in was a little weird since it was at the bar but the process was quick and the desk girl was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but very comfy and location was awesome and downtown. Will try them again

Staff were great and rooms clean. Only complaint was the rooms are quite small and can be cramped.

It had a very special vibe. Perfect for exploring Asheville. There were very purposeful social areas, which were always utilized. We were a group of 8 in 3 different rooms, so we used the upper loft area to socialize rather than congregate in a room.

Libby was very welcoming- fireplace, good seating and lots of books

Room neat and clean but small, no mini fridge, walk in shower was nice, 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order, and shared stairwell was over in Aloft, so getting up to room was a bit inconvenient. Very nice staff.

Were size, lack of in room amenities ( primarily a coffee maker) the bed linens / blanket were so thin I froze all night because the AC would never shut off- regardless of the temp it was set at
