The front desk staff were very cordial and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The facility was getting older and could use a refurbishing.

?? The Place does NOT EXIST anymore. Why would Booking.com make a reservation for me at a hotel that doesn't exist? AWFUL! Cost me hundreds of dollars to find a new location.

Nothing This hotel sold over a year ago, yet I had a confirmed reservation and it ruined my whole afternoon getting things resolved and finding another comparable hotel thru your policy and customer service

Front desk was very friendly. The room was clean, but it smelled like animals/pets. It is a high traffic property because apparently it’s for displaced veterans.

I love the jacuzzi siites, very comfortable, and clean and located in a great area. Welcoming staff were super friendly. Checking out staff not very friendly.

The room I chose had a two person sized jacuzzi tub that was really enjoyable. We had also intended to enjoy the pool, but it was a bit too chilly for that. Apparently there was an event being held at the motel for Memorial Day, which blocked off a huge chunk of parking for the entire weekend. There were 2 refrigeration units powered by generators outside the rooms 24 hours/day, which made falling asleep hard. The property is not well maintained and many of the rooms are actually used as offices/homes for some kind of veterans rehabilitation services. It's billed as pet-friendly, but there's nowhere to actually walk your dog to do his business except the small sections of grass in front of the building. There are also no sidewalks to get out and walk to nearby businesses. I'd say you get what you pay for, but I actually think the price for what we got was too high.

the furniture in the room is old. the office chair was broken.

Staff was excellent! So very friendly . Pets allowed, pet fee only $25 ! Enjoyed the breakfast with biscuits and gravy,eggs. Photos are the sweet lady who worked at the check in desk,2nd is a Mountain View from outside the property. We will definitely stay again our next trip Only shortcoming was not having a breakfast meat at breakfast. Beds were okay

It was great the room was spotless the lady that checked me in was wonderful no problems and I would definitely stay there again Nothing I loved it all

Lower price When we arrived, room I booked with 2 queens not available. Had to take room with one bed and a couch pull out.
