Spark by Hilton Asheville Blue Ridge Parkway

Everything was fine with our stay with the exception listed below. When we arrived our room was ready. The next day we were out and came back in the afternoon and our room had not been touched. I went to the desk and was told that we had to request that service. If that was the policy, why wasn't that explained at check-in.

Clean room. Breakfast was too simple!

There are better similarly-priced places to stay in Asheville - some right down the street. I stayed 4 nights. The maid was supposed to come every other day to replace towels and do other quick maintenance. After the 2nd full day - no maid. I mentioned that at the front desk. They promised service the next day. Through to checkout, no maid ever came to the room.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I have two complaints. We checked in on a Saturday and checked out on a Tuesday. Our room was never cleaned. We did see a sign that it would be cleaned every other day. We finally asked the front desk when our room would be cleaned and they said on Tuesday. They finally brought us clean towels two hours later. We were never informed that the pool was closed. We had to read a sign on the pool entry door.

only stayed one night but the room was clean, check-in was easy and friendly. no coffee pot in the room but I just ran to lobby in morning and got my own. highly recommend

the hotel and staff were great, my only complaint was the moisture in the room. i had meds that were melting and sticking together because of the humidity in the room.

No coffee machine or microwave in the rooms! Something so simple, yet something you look forward to in your pajamas when you’re traveling. Needing to get dressed to go get coffee at the lobby was a total disappointment to say the least. They may be saving money on coffee.. but they’re surely losing millions in customers. It’s horrible PR. The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately I will not be staying there simply because I cannot have my cup of coffee in the morning at ease.. while I plan my day.

We had a wonderful two-day stay with our family. The hotel is conveniently located near the Blue Ridge Parkway and offers a variety of restaurants.

Obviously a fairly recent remodel. Room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfy. Fitting with the “Spark by Hilton” brand. Only minor complaint was there as a fairly busy road next to the hotel and you could occasionally hear road noise, but not enough to truly bother me. Plenty of parking.

Great property, Will consider again.

They didn't have adequate seating for their continental breakfast area. It was conveniently next to a Waffle House, which is where we had a better breakfast. The room was clean, but smelled musty. It was a decent place to stay, but I won't be going back.

Enjoyed a lot with spark ambience and their service.
