TownePlace Suites by Marriott Asheville West

The breakfast was excellent with real food, not instant fake eggs. The room was spotless. The sound machine was an extra touch. Loved the outdoor seating area to watch the sunset. The kitchenette had a larger refrigerator and real towels and dishwashing rags. Nice homey feel. The gym had nice equipment and the indoor pool was inviting. There is some road noise from the highway but the sound machine took care of that.

This is a great place to stay. Every thing was clean. Room was large, with full refrigerator and micro-wave. Breakfast was very nice. We would recommend this place to others ... and we will definitely be back! NA

Exceptional

Clean property and friendly staff.

Good stay

Passing thru it was ok

Super nice Great value nice staff It is pet friendly. And unfortunately there was a dog that barked for hoouuuurs. Late evening for hours. And early morning for hours. I’m assuming while the owner was out???Well ppl love their dogs and other ppl love dogs. I love a quiet room that doesn’t sound like I’m in a dog kennel

Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel was a great location. Breakfast was good, with several choices. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Look forward to my next visit.

The staff!!! Everything, really. What a great spot

Did not have breakfeast Traffic noise!! Heard it all night.

The manager and front desk personnel were extremely helpful and kind. They helped us leave a day early with no charge due to some family issues they came up. Great staff!! The cable went out for a couple days so no tv in our rooms but that is all

Breakfast was simple, only boiled eggs.

Room has great space and excellent quality

Very good

Rooms were clean , staff was super friendly. Will be staying here again when I’m in Asheville.

It was a nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast.

Very comfortable bed. Extremely quiet. I never heard anyone outside the hallway, even though the parking lot was half packed. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay !

Generally a good deal because of the breakfast which had one of the best selections for a complementary breakfast. As to the room it was generally clean. However the couch in our suite needed to be replaced and the ice maker in the room refrigerator didn’t work and the ice machine on the floor didn’t provide much ice. We ended up using the one on another floor. Lastly, despite being a good location, if you were looking to sleep much past 6 am you had to use the white noise machine provided. The loud traffic sounds started up at 6.
