We decided to stay because they said they would move us lower the next morning. They had us in a second floor room around 2-3pm. We can not say anything bad about the staff. They were all very understanding and worked hard to accommodate us. They did get an excellent rating. The only thing we can say is the hallways were not clean and the breakfast area needed better stocked. Thank you for an overall good stay.

Average hotel experience. Breakfast was grab and go with limited choices. A lot of the guest appeared to be contract employees working on local projects.

Our situation was terrible. Booked hotel 3 weeks ahead and at the time of arrival no rooms available. Good thing was booked through Expedia . Expedia help us out to relocate. THIS HOTEL DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS LIKE FCFS .

Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds. Staff was courteous and kind.

Had a run in with an older white gentleman at the front desk. He felt very comfortable raising his voice at me when I was right about the situation. Never got an apology. Also the bathroom exhaust wasn’t working. Was advised it would be fixed and never was. Asked for sever housekeeping one time out of my 7 day stay and they just swapped out towels and made the bed. Nothing was cleaned nor was trash taken out.

Clean room and the staff was friendly.

The actual hotel was not bad. It was mostly clean, well maintained, good location, and the laundry service was useful. However, I stayed for 4 nights, and every night was so chaotic. People slamming doors and yelling at all hours, especially out in the parking lot next to my window, and a room next to me had two big dogs in it that barked nonstop at all hours of the night. I went 2 nights without saying anything, but after the third night of very poor sleep, I said something to the front desk and was basically told "lots of people have dogs here. Call if it's happening at night." My very last night there, I had to call the front desk at 11:00 because the same room had people very loudly screaming at each other, continually slamming the doors, and the dogs were going nuts. It was honestly very scary. The front desk person said they were going up to check, and it stopped for a few, but then continued on and off for the next hour. I have NEVER been a complainer and have never left a negative hotel review. But all of these occurrences over the course of several nights in a row made for a very poor experience.

We found the hotel very clean, the check and check out process was extremely efficient and most of all the staff were very helpful and friendly

Place is great. Only down fall is no swimming pool 😞
