Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Asheville

My 4th floor room was nice. Decent view north (I’m.guessing) and cozy. Love the kitchenette and that hotel provides everything you need.. Also the wood-ish floors and reading chair were nice touches. Very quiet after 9p. Great value overall and would stay again.

The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was nice and the full-size fridge not too noisy. Parking was easy, although the driving directions are just odd. Breakfast was fine. There was an issue with extremely noisy neighbors that was addressed by the staff and then resolved by their relocating me. Onsite laundry was not cheap, but what is these days? All told, a fine place to stay and a good value.

Clean room and great AC. Disappointing breakfast. It was almost all gone when we checked and it was before 9 am. I think they did refills muffins etc eventually as we were checking out. Loud at times because all rooms have floors not carpet so people in room above were loud as they were up early walking. Ask for room on top floor if possible. All in all a good safe place to stay!

Everything was great! Clean. Cold air conditioning! Lots of parking and near everything. Huge refrigerator too. Comfortable bed and tv was huge!

This was very good for the price! I was a bit skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised. The room was pretty spacious and clean.

Our family has stayed at 5 different hotels in the last few weeks. This one was at the top of our list. Thank you for a clean, well-managed property!

The Bad: The hotel is ran by a third party I believe, and after waiting several minutes for some one to come to the front desk for check in, I was greeted by Will who apparently just got back from his marijuana break. After getting to our room, we came across a full trash can under the sink I know we should have called the front desk but we were hungry from traveling all day and just wanted to eat. The rest of the room looked clean so we just changed the bag and left it in the hallway where it remained the deration of our stay. We returned to dogs barking in the rooms across the hall, One wash rag in the room and no tv remote. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO STAY: make sure you get a room on the third floor!! These rooms have laminated wood flooring throughout the whole room and there load! Anyone on floor 1 or 2 is going to hear every footstep above them!!! Also the smoke alarms have a bright flashy light that goes off about every 15 seconds. Its like a plane is low over head.. So bring your eye mask

The hotel was in like-new condition. Very clean. Bill at the desk was super friendly. All good.

Wish they had a hot breakfast that would’ve been a cherry on the cake, but overall very pleasant and clean. Would recommend others to stay here.

Very clean and nice. Have to adk at desk gor plates, cutlery, etc. Did not expect a pet fee, but there is one.

Awesome ! There could be some storage and basic dishes since it’s an extended stay. Also more than one trash can in the room would be helpful.

It’s ok if you’re staying for a night, but the property lacks a pool, and any real amenities. The free breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and nutrigrain bars. The bedding and towels had hair and our bathroom had blood on the wall. The water never got hot so showers were lukewarm at best. Spend a few more dollars and stay at Holiday Inn Express.

We had a wonderful stay here. Bill was so friendly and helpful at check in, an asset to the hotel for sure. Kitchen and room is very nice size!

Also, we had to cancel part of our stay and the staff promptly helped us to change the reservation and receive our refund for the time that we did not use. We would definitely go back if we visit the area again.

Room was clean. Everything was great. I don't think the hot plate stove top thing was working. But it is a great place to stay.
