Wasn’t looking for anything glamorous. Hardly spent any time in the room anyways so it was ok for the stay. When I checked in I didnt know there was a $100 deposit you get back after checkout; front desk clerk at night was very helpful for me.(Don’t remember his name) I’m thankful for that.

Not clean and very loud and noisy.

Bad

The filth, the nasty, moldy shower I couldn’t force myself to use, the criminal element milling around the grounds at night, the yelling, staff that’s beyond rude (clearly feeling this is the only way to deal with these issues) Last option only! Trust me!

I checked into the property, the main manager explicitly gave me verbal assurance that would beme within a three-business-day minimum. I officially checked out of the property on July 15th. I did not receive my $100 deposit or a receipt upon my checkout.

They could not check me in when i arrived. They told me to come back later. I tried but could not even get into the parking lot. This place was simply awful. I went elsewhere.

They told me to come back later because they couldn't check me in. I tried and could not get into the tiny crowded lot, so I left and went elsewhere. Place was a dump and the desk clerk was very gruff and hard to understand. I will NEVER book them again.

The staff were good but the room although not dirty it did smell heavy like cigarettes including the bedding and pillows. The first thing I noticed was the railing inside the elevator was broken and hanging by one bolt. It didn’t affect the elevator functionally, but it probably wouldn’t be a big deal to fix either, and it was just left that way, hanging. Not a good look to just not maintain your property.

Wasn’t the greatest location for our trip
-
Just as we were checking in, our granddaughter came in to say we need to go. We had a famiy emergency. I had signed in, but we were not assigned a room yet. The woman at the behind the desk said if we wanted our money back, we must connect booking.com we had to leave immediately, so we just let it go. To be clear, we were not assigned a room and we left. Please see what I wrote above. Bottom line we never got a room, aka, we did not stay there.

There was no breakfast Wasn’t the greatest location for our trip

Clean bed, AC worked well, room seemed clean enough. Bathroom had low water pressure in the shower and sink but had plenty of hot water. Location was great, felt very safe and was super close to the outlet mall, downtown, and some good restaurants. Elevator and stairs smelled a little.

Muddy footprints on the bathroom floor. Had to pay a $100 cash deposit. Nobody was at the front desk to refund my money when I went to check out at about 8am.
