Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville SW - Outlet Ctr Area by IHG

I was surprised that there was no coffee pot in the room ostensibly for “environmental” reasons. This meant getting dressed before going down to the lobby for coffee. The performed housekeeping but took away the washcloths without replacing them. Bed was comfortable and location was convenient.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean & comfortable.

Air conditioner giving huge noise, otherwise all

Good stay and clean room

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well but overall a good stay.

The pool and hottub both needed cleaning. The hottub had lots of hair, black stuff floating on top of the white bubbles and the rim of both pool and hottub were filthy. Both days maid came into the room without knocking around 10ish even though I had asked for a late check out on the last day.

Special help from Jessica was amazing. Room assigned met my needs. Plans to stay there again if i get a chance!

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Buy the $10 insurance, at least for the last day. You never never know what might happen.

Superb

It was an outstanding stay!

Place is clean and well maintained, but could use some renovation. Some doors need a coat of paint. The TV does not offer Netflix or other apps. Staff is very helpful. Many ice machines are in disrepair. Good breakfast!

Very spacious, clean room and comfortable bed. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. Staff was friendly. I did not have the breakfast, but they do have hot foods and coffee available 24/7. If you need anything, the front desk will assist. Great hospitality and a very fair price.

Superb

We have stayed at this property before, so we booked here again. The property has gone downhill some. There were two elevators and one did not work the entire stay. We actually waited 10 minutes at the elevator just to get all of our luggage downstairs to check out. The ice machines were not working on the first, second and third floors. The breakfast was decent, but they possibly needed more staff because the trash cans were overflowing and no one was cleaning the tables. The actual rooms need some updating. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were messed up and the hinges on the bathroom doors were rusting really bad.

It was perfect 👌

I didn't like the fact that the room smelled like someone cooked a sea boil and the water did not drain in the shower. I reported to staff and they did absolutely nothing about it. Oh yeah, the toilet needed a new flapper and made filling noises every 30

Loved having a hot breakfast and clean room. Beds were amazing and very comfortable. Location was central to where ever you wished to visit for a day drive.
