Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville SW - Outlet Ctr Area by IHG

We stayed one night. It’s our second stay. This time we had a 3rd floor and a balcony which was nice. Breakfast was ok, I had veggie omelet, it had no cheese which was great for me. I have dairy allergies, was disappointed they had no non dairy creamer for coffee. I left a dress there that I bought in Italy. They shipped it to me in 3 days for a fee. We will stay here again on our next trip through Asheville. They are also dog friendly,

Very nice stay

Room was clean with ample space. Hot tub nice to relax in after a long day of walking. Staff very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay!

Room was super clean!! We needed a bath mat for the tub, since it was slippery. The lady at the desk seemed like I ask for a new bathtub. My 78 mother could not shower because they didn’t have anything to help.

It was very quiet. The breakfast was very nice with these cute omelets all made up.

This Holiday Inn Express is consistent with the brand and why we continue to choose when our family travels. Free breakfast and pool/hot tub are nice amenities. This hotel was located convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway and NC Arboretum and not far from downtown.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff and the pool area was nice. Maybe have breakfast run a little later.

The staff was friendly and helpful. One young man even lent me an umbrella since it was raining and I was going to the Biltmore Estate and I would be walking around.

We stopped half way to Myrtle Beach for the night. It is a very clean hotel, the staff was kind, and the breakfast was delicious.

Great location, beautiful views, nice outdoor pool, breakfast was very good. We had 2 tv's in our room, but only 1 remote to control both...very difficult as if you tried to change something on one tv it would change something on the other tv as well
