Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Asheville - Outlet Mall

The staff was very nice and the whole place was very clean. This is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again. The fitness room doesn’t have much and the pool is very small and the breakfast could be improved but those are minor things for us so we will definitely be back!

This was our 4th stay here and as always the staff, breakfast and cleanliness was very good

Staff was friendly. Small but quaint. Pool was clean, public restroom was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice. Loved the free breakfast. Great price. I would definitely stay there again.

The bathtub had mold or mildew. The tub needs to be re-caulked.

This hotel is consistently clean, quiet, and convenient. I have stayed here many times and I appreciate the consistentsy.

The location was great , the staff was helpful and friendly and the room was clean. The bed was a little too hard for my liking and the furniture was not comfortable the couch and the chair seat was so deep you had to shove pillows behind you to get comfortable and that was only temporary before your back started hurting again. A upgrade in mattress and furniture would go along way. Also was surprised the first hotel I've been to in a while that didn't have smart TV's.

I was impressed at how clean the room and hotel looked when we arrived. However, the following morning noticed mold in the shower on shelf and grout. I think a little bleach would clear it up and would take away my impression that the tub and shower area was not well cleaned.

Nothing Allowing a double booking. Cancelled my room as I was walking to the building with bags
