All is good We couldn't enjoy the pool.Dirty,and after complaining were close for cleaning.b

Easy, quick check in. Room was clean and looked like it does in pictures. Quiet, no disturbances. Pool was very small. Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and interstate

The facility was nice as were the staff. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. The hotel is only about 12-15 from Biltmore. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing

I stayed here for 11 days for work. My only "dislike" is the parking lot is very small. I can't comment on the breakfast due to being a night shift worker.

Clean, close to interstate. Outlet mall near by. Had a co-worker stay for a night. Booked reservation through booking.com with proper guest information filled out as a guest traveler for work. payment information was submitted in booking reservation. Front desk still needed additional forms with payment information filled out for authorization. Confused. All other hotels accepted booking.com information.

Everyone was very nice The room had a smell and one of the beds was not cleaned Saturday morning I watched the housekeeping start cleaning one of the rooms and she don't take everything off the beds just the top sheet and made it back up and the bed bug cover on the bed my son was sleeping on had blood on it so we look at the one we was sleeping in and the same was has not been watched so we asked for all new bed stuff so we could change the bed because it was about 11pm so no housekeeping was there. But other then that everything was good

Location was great and the bed was comfy. The staff was amazing! The toilet didn’t want to flush and the sink didn’t drain well. ( staff was informed) the location was great but the getting into the parking lot from the outlets requires a U-turn.

Had to do a u-turn nearly every time I left the hotel, it was tricky to enter and exit.

Clean and comfortable. Parking lot is tight but it was a great stay.
