Great location for visiting multiple locations in the Asheville area. Our one king bed room was clean and the large walk in shower was great. A good breakfast always puts it over the top :)

It was very clean. Service staff, and front desk, staff were exceptional, helpful and courteous. Also wanted to mention that we had noticed that our hotel had some amenities that other hotels do not have. We will definitely come back to your Hampton Inn.

Booked 2 double queen rooms for 7 people. When we got our rooms were given 2 single king rooms. Went back to office and was told we were upgraded, and that couch in room was equivalent to a queen bed. If we did not like it we could get money back (at 11pm with no where else to go). No apologies, this is apparently Hilton policy.

The intersection was right outside of our room and had to run a noise machine to drown out road noise. Also was disappointed at bar, not bartender fault. Cooler wasn't working and very limited bar. Also breakfast was ok, not everyone wants plant based sausage.
