We had a slow moving toilet in our room is absolutely the only complaint When was clean, on the small side, but perfectly adequate and the social wine sampling at 5 o’clock every evening was quite the bonus!!!!
-
Liked everything except the WiFi connection is weak when away from the hotel.
-
The location is great. Getting around the property was very easy. Enjoyed the wine tasting
-
within steps of the hotel. Oh, and live music both in the hotel courtyard and in the square. Adored this place! Would love to come back someday!
-
Best activity was the wine tasting that was a big hit! Restaurants were a little disappointing since they were farm to table, expected much fresher tasting food. Cedric’s was pleasant enough, but Bistro was very disappointing with dry, stale food that did not live up to the class of the establishment. Beautiful setting shame about excessive extra costs
-
Beautiful property & well worth the money for the amenities! Staff was great at check in & with any help I needed. Room was nice! The only thing I'd improve is having better options for coffee creamer (other than powdered) in the rooms - 1/2 & 1/2 maybe...

Our room was clean and comfortable. Each day our room was made up. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food and wine was excellent. We enjoyed walking the grounds. The Biltmore house was beautiful as were the gardens. The shuttle to the made our tour much easier. Definitely planning another trip. Definitely recommend the 4th floor tour of the Biltmore house.

Everything was very conveniently located within walking distance

Clean room, great breakfast, property becoming a little dated.

I wish we would have taken more advantage of the grounds, we didn’t realize how much was included with our stay! Next time we will definitely do more, enjoy the scenery and all the tours Biltmore estates has to offer! Amazing location, right by the village with access to all the restaurants and the winery. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you are okay staying in one spot and not doing much exploring out of the estate, you’d be a-okay. The drive in and out is a little daunting at first, but you get used to it!

Loved the property as it was beautiful and clean. Well maintained. Dinner at village inn was very good. Upon check in ask about tickets to house admission as it was not readily brought up and beneficial to get upon checking. Length of stay house admission. Prefer they had coffee creamer vs powder packets in rooms but getting petty. Absolutely Loved visit.

Room was dusty. Bathroom had spiders and worms in shower. Room was located directly next to lobby very noisy. Lobby music was loud at 7am?? Terrible

Village Hotel and Biltmore Winery is our favorite weekend getaway. We enjoy the gardens, wildlife, and entertainment and excellent food. A peaceful beautiful place to viist.
-
Excellent stay. Lots to do at the estate. Room was nice but would be more welcoming with some artwork on the walls. Our room did not have much of a view but we were mostly out and about.

Staff was great! Room was beautiful and clean!

The Village Hotel was clean, staff helpful and an excellent location. The shuttle was very helpful. We liked the shopping by the Village Hotel better than most of the other shops and the winery. Would recommend staying here.
