Room was average - mattress and bedding were worn and uncomfortable; cooling was difficult to manage and was loud.

Very nice hotel. It was so peaceful on the fourth floor all the way to the end of the hall. The room was huge and laid out great.

Felt safe and it was decently clean. The person the night we checked in was very nice, I think his name was Adam Pool was very cloudy. The staff the second day and night were not very friendly or helpful.

Best hotel in Ashland by a substantial margin. Unless you are on a very tight budget, this is the place to stay. Clean and modern, professional staff, solid breakfast buffet. A little costlier than the alternatives but well worth it.

Super comfortable beds! Nice staff! I didn't like the breakfast. Chicken sausage was dry and not warm. Would have preferred scrambled eggs instead of the omelette.
