Quality Inn Ashland I-71 and US 250

The rooms were very clean and the pool was absolutely amazing

Had a 2 night stay booked, totaling $350. Never saw a disclosure online that there’s no elevator. Although our beds had clean-ish sheets, our room definitely wasn’t cleaned before we came- crumbs all over the floor, trash beside the beds, wrappers in corners of room, clear splatters all over mirrors, black hairs on shower walls, and mini fridge was gross. The small piece of furniture for our suitcase was covered in dried food. The staircases we had to use had trash and alcohol boxes stacked up. The free breakfast was sparse- the drink machine had an “out of order” handwritten sign on it. All the containers for hot food were empty. The coffee carafe was empty. Only thing to eat was the waffle maker. No drinks at all. It was extremely disappointing. Once we arrived back on our second night, my kids and I finally made it up to our room and my keys didn’t work. I will NEVER stay at a Choice hotel again.

Room smelt terrible, was dirty, and I woke up itching from head to toe. Bedding was stained and I believe infested with flees or bedbugs. Would not recommend.

The room smelled good and clean. It was comfortable and very nice. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful Nothing

location to ashland university was why we stayed very small gathering area inside and out

carpets, stairways and toilets were filthy. fitness center locked and door key didn't operate it. Staff was fine and they accepted dogs but I would not recommend.

Good value for the money.

I had rented 2 rooms, and requested 2 rooms adjacent if possible. The fact that the staff felt it was appropriate to rent out this room instead of saying they were unable to accommodate the request made me question if the staff had any standards regarding other items, mold or otherwise. The front desk stated they could change the room out for one with an AC unit that did not work, or was noisy, I did not get a specific answer as to what was actually wrong. However, the lack of standards in the one room left a bad taste in my mouth and I declined to stay elsewhere.

Close to food and ballpark Needs updated and landscaping. No ice machine, breakfast was not good. Doors to rooms needed maintenance had several problems opening and getting them to close

Not much air conditioner was broken, hotel was loud, staff didn’t care about the air conditioner.

The pool was freezing. There was no conditioner in my room or my friends room staying down the hall. The room smelled like a wet towel. Wouldn't recommend

The outside of the hotel was incredibly dirty with pizza box and cans on the floor, the outside furniture was also dirty as not having being cleaned for days

Nothing The floors were filthy, lobby looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a week, dirty wash cloths in shower, had to have sheets changed cause they look like they had blood stains on them. And. Paid $400 for 2 night stay totally ridiculous

Nothing Rooms were very dirty. Our room had big chip crumbs all over the floor. People we were traveling with had dirty sheets and were given difficulties when trying to get them changed. The room was very pricey for the way the facilities were. Floor in lobby and stairs were dirty. Breakfast room had no plates only bowls even for the waffles. No towels in pool area and only given one at a time when asked none brought into the pool room. Pieces of the ceiling were falling down in the hallways. Doors didn’t latch welll and were found open when checking in. Staff were very rude everytime we asked for anything.

Breakfast was not appealing at all. Sausage was gross looking. Only thing good was waffles. We chose to go out to eat instead because of quality.

Had to ask twice for my license and credit card back and there was too much loose hair on the pillows and the sink

Hot water Fruit loops on the floor when I first entered the room, which implied to me that the room had not been cleaned very well

Rooms were ok. Wasn’t much breakfast

All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind, even when we didn't need house keeping they still knocked and asked if we just needed towels changed or coffee. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The mini fridge even had a freezer which was convenient. Breakfast was good and they always had coffee out in the hallway by the lobby for guests. It was only two floors, so not a crazy amount of traffic. All in all we had a very pleasant experience

the room was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. the pool looked very nice, but we didn't use it. convenient breakfast the next morning. just the bathroom needs updating, and the tub didn't drain well
