Owner went out of his way to accommodate a situation If booking with outside site make sure to check non smoking if you don’t smoke

Management is not the friendliest, how are you going to tell your guests that they have to be in their room at 10pm.

Clean room, polite staff. Perfect for a couple nights stay.

Microwave and Refrigerator worked well. Ice Machine worked well. Owner was very gracious to hear of the smoking issue and said he would "look into it". SMOKE smell in hall; in a Non-Smoking building! Smokers allowed to room in a Non-Smoking building, even though they were (supposedly) not allowed to smoke in the room, but could smoke just outside the doors; which smoke was then sucked into our room through the AC unit. There was a sign in the lobby about no smoking rules, but the travelers were not asked if they smoked and therefore should NOT have been roomed in the smoking building! This is a BIG deal. "Breakfast" was: Coffee, Cold Cereal (Wheaties/Corn Flakes) and pastries. Only one of us had coffee. Overall score choices (above) cannot adequately capture all the aspects of the stay. Not a good survey mechanism.

Very bad attention from the staff.

The lobby room was very clean although the bathroom there which is also the breakfast area bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The breakfast was only cereal, milk, apples, packaged muffins, apple juice, coffee, tea. The room was well cleaned and no bugs!!! Worth staying there just for that aspect. We got a lower level room and it was moldy smelling but we don't regret staying there because the price was the best we could find, location was great.

Stayed here in the past. Clean comfortable rooms. For me lacking breakfast items. All I saw was coffee and cold cereal.

Convenient location, good value, friendly desk clerk. My room had several stink bugs on the ceiling and walls that I got rid of but I was creeped out when I found one on the bed. Also either the detergent used for the sheets or an air freshener had a scent that was irritating and rather unpleasant.

The room was outdated and needed a good cleaning. The towels were so stained that we wouldn’t use them…the breakfast was a package of muffins or a packaged cinnamon roll. Cheap to sleep but that’s all! Was worried about parking all night in the back parking lot by our room-it was sketchy!

I always stay at Super 8's if they are close. Worst Super 8 i ever stayed at.

The room though sparce on amenities was clean. Many things but the main thing being that I fell on the step leading to the stairwell in the auxiliary building in the dark. This is a dangerous situation which should be immediately remedied. The step was not painted in a contrasting color to highlight the height discrepancy nor was there a "watch your step" warning. I believe that this is an OSHA violation. Fortunately, I was not more seriously injured. But I was more seriously injured than I thought at the time. Since the fall I have been having wrist problems and I believe my shoulder was impinged. I now regret not having been checked over by at least an urgent care facility.
