Quaint and cozy, clean and near downtown Ashland where the plays and restaurants are.

This is a lovely family run bed and breakfast. The staff and other guests were lovely and we felt very welcome and at home. The home cooked breakfast is fantastic!! Different each day and always delicious! Not a thing.

The Bayberry breakfasts were outstanding. Delicious and nutritious. The staff are friendly and try to make you feel comfortable. The room was cozy ad it was a delight to relax in. The common room had a relaxed feel with lots of items to look at and a nice gift shop.

Hosts were very friendly, they made excellent breakfasts. I also spent a lot of time in the gravity lounge chairs in the yard, very relaxing. Several deer were also hanging out in the yard.

The hosts are wonderful. The property is beautiful and extremely comfortable.

This is a lovely property, well maintained and very inviting. Check in couldn’t have been easier and we loved the extensive self serve coffee and tea station. Our Canterbury room upstairs was spacious and comfortably furnished including two comfy recliners. It was light and airy with a wall of windows. Only downside was that the room gets fairly warm in the late afternoon from the summer sun and the air conditioning wasn’t quite adequate .

Outstanding. Breakfast is always beautiful, tasty, and fixed with attention to guests needs. Both hosts are excellent cooks. That alone sets them above the majority of these venues. There is nothing to be done about it but these old lovely Victorian homes squeak like the dickens.

Highlight was breakfast. A chance to visit with our hosts and other guests. Hosts were friendly, fun and helpful. Food was amazing. I had forgotten to tell them I'm veggie and they pivoted in a second, even while accommodating another guest's gluten intolerance. Two course breakfast on the deck with fresh, local ingredients and delicious. They'll share their recipes! Room was warm and immaculately clean. Place felt just like I want a B&B to feel -- inviting and cozy. No complaints at all

cozy and pet friendly we were the only guests in the home. it was a bed and “breakfast”. we wanted to leave a little early, around 8 AM. they were firm that breakfast would only be served at 9 AM. We were the only travelers in the Inn, we were surprised they would not adjust. If other people had been staying there, we would not have expected them to shift just for us. In fairness, they did leave us a travel box with a muffin, a pear and a bit of cheese in the refrigerator not quite the hearty breakfast we expected from a B & B

The B & B house was amazing. we had never stayed in a B & B before, however, we will make every attempt to in the future. The decor was extraordinary. We marveled at the wallpaper/paint, carpets and decorations all fit in w each other. We were in awe of a person who could foresee and decorate w such style. There is a beautiful and peaceful backyard. We walked by one afternoon and a deer was sitting in the yard relaxing. Breakfasts were very delicious. We met such a wonderful couple at breakfast. Turns out we had so much in common that we spent 2 hours talking. We hope to visit them in the future and of course staying at Bay Berry Inn on the way. Not a thing!

Lovely couple that owns/runs the inn were very hospitable and provided a delicious breakfast. They had accommodation that allowed us to park outside our room with easy access our vehicle. We enjoyed having our dinner on the porch and reading while sitting in the rocking chair. It felt like home. Not sure to call it a don’t like…It is located on busy street so a trade off with short walk to town and traffic noise.

Breakfast was great, bed was so comfortable and room had everything i wanted. I forgot my husbands toothbrush and they had an new one in room if needed. For money of course. Owners were very friendly. I truly enjoyed this stay Nothing it was outstanding

The inn was beautiful, very centrally located and the owners were 2 lovely people. Made us feel at home the minute we walked in the door. Breakfast was delicious and served outside on a delightful patio. Well worth the stay. There wasn’t anything I could negative.

It was a lovely place and felt very cozy. The owners were sweet. Everything was easy, checking in, checking out. Loved how they had coffee and tea out for anytime we wanted. Will be back here.
