Location was great. Room was older but seemed well maintained. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

Fantastic staff. Great location & easy walk to downtown/plays. Rooms are starting to show a little age but still comfortable. Enjoyed pool and daily breakfast.

One idea that we thought was very bad is that the breakfast room is across a very busy street from some hotel rooms. A second problem we had was the AC was very loud and disturbing while trying to sleep. (We were hot so we couldn’t just turn it off) Next the sheets were very uncomfortable and the giant blanket was too heavy. It kept falling off the bed and we were struggling to put it back on. Then the bathroom door squeaked very loudly while trying to sleep. You had many pros like how it was very clean and your staff was helpful and welcoming.

Great location within a really short walking distance to the downtown area, restaurants and theaters. The pool was a nice bonus and the continental breakfast was perfectly adequate.

Great setting in Ashland, but a very small depressing rooms. Few healthy choices on the breakfast buffet.

It's a very conveniently located--if older--hotel. The room was comfortable and reasonably well maintained. Quite good for the price.

Great location to the Shakespeare Festival and downtown area. But this is an older, dark hotel with Motel 6 like rooms for well over $300/night. Just not a good quality to price ratio. Strongly suggest the hotel across the street which was about $120/night cheaper with much more light and was much newer

Great location within 5 min walk from the park, the theaters and lots of restaurants. Good breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Great location, breakfast was terrific, and it was nice to have the swimming pool and hot tub.

Comfy beds and a great property, all around. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the pool. The location was perfect for roaming easily into town.
