Nice location close to the creek and fun eating establishments in town. Free EV charging in the garage was a nice plus.

If you are attending an Oregon Shakespeare Festival play, this property is beautifully located about a 10-minute walk from the festival grounds, various restaurants, and Lithia Park. My assigned room wasn't one of the best rooms as it had no balcony or view of the river, but it worked very well for me as I was walking to and from the festival grounds and my room was on the ground floor near an entrance to the play route. Covered parking was nice to have. Breakfast was very good, but always the same and served in a very nice room with access to a balcony overlooking the river so nice for summer or early fall. Tiny tubes of shampoo and other amenities worked fine if you were only staying a day but luckily were replenished daily.

The location was good, easy to walk to town. Elevator was slow, hotel layout is a little confusing, limited parking on site so we had to park on the street, and breakfast was okay.

Charming hotel. Great value especially when you factor in the free Tesla charging and the excellent buffet breakfast.

Great location for the theaters and food.

I loved the size of the room, the comfy ged location's proximity to OSF and Lithia Park, plus the the beautiful, creekside grounds.. Parking was easy, as was breakfast. I am not a pet-owner, and have some allergies, so I also appreciate that they keep non-pet rooms available.

This hotel is very nice with easy access to theater district.

My group of friends found the plaza a nice place to stay. It was a convenient location for walking to eateries and the plays.

Staff was helpful our sink was broke . Great location. However hot tub was not working and some areas could use updating. Rooms were clean

If you are normally a walker it is an easy walk to the shops and many restaurants.

Only one suggestion: start using dispenser shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion and get rid of those little bottles!

Great location and spacious room. So easy to access the theaters and downtown for shopping and dinner. Front desk staff were okay; not warm. Breakfast staff at buffet were friendly. Hotel is showing its age (wallpaper, carpet, etc.), but very clean and maintained. Gardens are nice to view/walk through. Overall good breakfast. We'll be back.

Our stay at Plaza Inn was wonderful! It is a great property and perfectly located to walk to the Shakespeare theatre, all the amazing shops and great restaurants. The staff are super helpful also. I would stay here again!!!
