Comfortable beds, great location! Lighting in the rooms is dark. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave along with a keurig!

We have been staying at Plaza Inn for over a decade. Great location but no updates have been done in years and the buffet options have been minimized year over year.

We often stay here on our visits to Ashland. It's a short walk to the historic downtown, Lithia Park, and the Shakespeare Festival. Rooms are a good size and there's some off-street parking provided. A complementary breakfast is provided.

Jewel at the front desk was great. She has a warm smile and demeanor, and really makes you feel welcome. Property is pet friendly which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Parking is limited and first come first serve. Street parking was easy to find, but I imagine it would be a problem in peak season or weekends. Breakfast room has a balcony terrace that overlooks a beautiful garden and creek area.

It is so close to downtown and easy to walk to!

Great overnight accommodations with my fur baby ! Centrally located walkable to lovely Ashland town ! Many local restaurants allow dogs & have doggie menus ! Great half way stop between Call & Washington! Highly Plaza hotel as I been here 4 times now ! Also has great hot breakfast!

Maintenance was very responsive to clear a slow bath tub drain and deliver a toilet plunger.

The whole city is quaint and this inn fits in perfectly. It’s clean and pretty, and the main strip of shops and restaurants is within walking distance. We loved being able to walk to everything we needed for our one night stay. The ambiance is pleasant, and the room was a nice size - not tiny or cramped. The breakfast wasn’t great. It was fine: scrambled eggs were typical of a free breakfast, so okay; the bacon was good, sausage was tough and not tasty, hash browns were gone, and then when replaced were cold. They have sour cream and onions mixed in with cheese on top. Biscuits were okay, and gravy was tasty. To grab were English muffins, tiny blueberry muffins (They were the item offered that was not disappointing at all.), French toast, and bread for toast. There was a little waffle maker too. The waffles were good. The decaf was empty but refilled not too long after. There was also bananas, oranges, cottage cheese. There was also some kind of cut fruit but it didn’t appeal to me so I don’t remember what it was. Coffee, tea, juices, water. The dining area was super clean. It seemed that only one lady was working. I saw someone else come in but was maybe going to start a shift because she wasn’t working.

Large comfortable rooms, great location close to downtown, some parking although you may need to be lucky Breakfast was average

Staff, E charger, location & breakfast The elevator is so slow, but maybe that was good to just chill a bit

We always stay for five days at the Plaza Inn, and we like almost everything about it! Here are some very very easy breakfast ideas to break the monotony: hash browns with AND without cheese rather than just cheesy ones; egg frittata rather than scrambled only; oatmeal in addition to Cheerios and Raisin Bran; and plain yogurt rather than relentless vanilla. We love the location, beds, showers, and quiet. Thank you.

Good location within walking distance of shops and park. Adequate parking on site. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast and areas to sit both inside and outside.
-
Really appreciated the spacious room and free parking, as well as the central location that allowed for easy walking to Lithia park, several restaurants, and OSF theaters.
-
Clean, friendly staff, good bed No hand held shower, mediocre breakfast
-
Receptionist didn’t tell us about the breakfast or the gym or how we could get out/in without going through the front door. Outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, which meant the hairdryer didn’t work.
-
Conveniently located in downtown, walking distance to plays, shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff and the best breakfast included.
-
Being central and close to theatres
-
Well located with great places to sit and relax by the creek. It was hot, very hot but the room fan was so outdated and noisy (like an engine turning on and off every few minutes) that we had to choose between quiet or heat to sleep. Parking was also tough, but if you score a spot v street parking, you can walk everywhere.

Very nice hotel
