Best Western Plus Royal Mountain Inn & Suites

The room had stains all over the carpet, the room had a musty smell, the door lock to my room worked about 70% of the time. The other 30% I had to get a new key made. The washer would not ring out my laundry and the dryer barely dried at all. I had to get the staff to dry my clothes in the hotels dryer for linens. Staff was always away from the desk. Anytime you needed something you had a 15-20min wait. Terrible stay.

It was ok. Breakfast was good but they ran out of eggs before all the guests got there. No vending machines that we saw, but there were items/food you could buy from the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Carpet looked and felt dirty. Couch looked very old, and there were slight stains on the bedding.

This property is very comfortable and well maintained.

Stayed mainly for the swimming pool only to find out it was out of order.

Clean room. Pool and hot tub were unusable. Full of green algae water. Other than that the stay was pretty good.

Great breakfast, helpful staff, clean room, good water pressure, tv volume could not get very loud, Fix the hot tub. That Breakfast makes is all a great stop for me though!

The room smelled like smoke and mold. Requested another room and it was somewhat better. Then the next day the elevator was broken and had to use the stairs to take luggage to load the car.

We had a great stay here. Our visit was unexpected due to an emergency, and the staff went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning. While you can see some signs of wear in the rooms, they are scheduled for a remodel in August, and the property does a good job of keeping everything clean and inviting. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would stay here again.

Love the shower head. We’ve been here several times and I think all but once we had a great shower head with lots of water pressure. Also the bed is very comfortable.

Was very disappointed that the pool area was not maintained and the hot tub was broken and very dirty. The breakfast was ok but not much to choose from. Staff was very friendly, helpful and nice.

Furniture is slap worn out.

the staff and the room was clean. There were enough outlets for the many electronics I had The pool was dirty. if you advertise a pool, it's imperative it is kept up. My family was going to spend some time at the pool and couldn't due to it's care

Old and dated decor detracts from stay

It said it had a pool and yes they had one but it wasn't open I booked my room weeks in advance was supposed to have a downstairs room because I'm handicapped ended up being on the third floor at the very end of the hallway the air conditioner worked but you could not control the temperature it would get so cold we just had to unplug it and then plug it back in if it started warming up in there the back door leading into the motel was broken so anybody could just walk in and out of it without using their card to unlock it
