Room condition was horrible. Had a cat urine odor

The hotel sets off Hwy 31and it looks beautifully from a far. Even to get to the room on one side the steps smelled like urine. On the other set of stairs, a guy was smoking weed on the steps. When I finally made it to the room, the sink was full of bugs running around. I went back to the office and asked for a refund.With the exception of the taxes, I was refunded my money. If you are use to a high quality hotel, do not consider this hotel.

Price was great. Room was clean. Big screen TV was nice. The owner was great. He didn't have a charger for my phone so he found one and brought it to my room. Thank you.

Our room was clean and comfortable, yet the hotel buildings were pretty run down.The staff was very good, yet there were not enough amenities to warrant the price. (5 nights) We brought our beagle as the hotel was pet friendly. There was a fridge and microwave. No laundry, only an ice machine.

Nothing other thank , the front desk lady was nice Everything the whole place was trash. Our room was falling apart, I couldn’t close the windows, trying to get a refund was impossible. We didn’t even stay the first night we walked into the room. And the whole thing was falling apart, the dressers vandalized. We left and had to come back two days in a row to talk to the manager to try to get a refund, he only refunded partial.

This picture showing does not represent this place, not even ! Honestly there was nothing to like. The room had a terrible odor, had to go purchase candles to tolerate the smell. The place is old and unkept. Curtains ripped , barely hanging on the rods. It reminded me of the Bates Hotel from Psycho.. I was was embarrassed that i stayed there

Location was fine. Tired, maintenance was minimal, pealing paint outside, deteriorating wood, diy-type repairs and not well done at that, can be noisy from adjacent rooms

The bedding was clean and it was a good bed and pillows. Hotel is a little older and rundown, but it takes pets and it served for our needs for the night. They were very friendly and helpful.

I had a relaxing time here. The hotel is neat and organized, and the facilities are modern. The staff was kind and professional, ensuring that everything was taken care of.

I request a non smoking room, it smell cigarette. Pillows and blanket smell horrible. When I checked in, the front desk person said i had a balance of 40 dollars when i booked the room it shows total. How can i have a balance.its a scam they got going.
